Installer left trash from installation and from his lunch just sitting on the side of the road. If you're gonna leave trash on the side of the road, please make sure it doesn't have identifying information. That said, I would expect higher from any company when it comes to litter and no trash should be left. I expect to hear back from you ADT. I am not even the customer, I am persons who's lawn was littered. I can't identify the installer, but the pictures I took of the trash should make it very easy for you. If I don't hear back from you ADT I will make it my personal mission to get these photos to the city of LA so that fines are imposed. Thank you!!!

Disappointed at every level. Alarm will not shut off. The unit is defective. Ongoing issue not resolved. Service tech canceled at the end of the 4 hour window. This is not the first time I have had a last minute cancelation. Patrol service is a gimmick. The camera's installed by ADT proved they had not come even one time in over 2 months, although I had been paying for 3 times daily drive by surveillance. The 2 stars is because their customer service department located in another State is well trained in de-escalating situations, which makes me realize this must be common place.
Rick Collins and Samantha have been very unprofessional with this whole experience. Samantha came to my house took the time out of my day and I told her everything I wanted done, to the very detail, we exchanged information and stayed in contact, nothing was every passed on to the technician no one ever relayed the messages. Does what the customer wants not matter? She said she took notes, she took the time to hear what I wanted, why was it so hard to relay those notes and tell the person servicing my home beforehand what I actually wanted? I reported that to Rick Collins who in turn ignored what I had to say and did the exact same thing is there no communication at ADT? Now I have a technician on his way who didn’t know what I wanted and was never told. Why is this a reoccurring pattern with the higher up at ADT? I bring it up to Rick Collin’s attention and the moment I did he got an attitude and responded to everything very rudely. If this is how ADT conducts business then I don’t need their business.
I have been a customer of this company for almost 2 decades. On June 1, 2022, I called to see if there were any ways to lower my monthly bill. I was told that I could sign a new 12-month contract for $44.99 per month. I agreed to this. However, I was still charged $59.06 or $63.45 per month all the way until November. By this time, I had called several times to have the issue fixed. On November 11, 2022, I was frustrated and asked to either have the issue fixed permanently or cancel my contract. The company refused to cancel my contract, but they offered a "fix" that was complex, confusing, and seemed to be designed to lock me into a longer contract. The call center representative also used the example of disciplining my dead daughter as an analogy, which I found offensive. I repeated several times that yes fix it but do not extend my contract. Fast forward to June 2023, and my contract was about to expire. I called to cancel my contract. After the sales pitches, the representative told me that my contract actually ends on November 11, 2023. I did not agree to this extension, and the company claims that it was a verbal agreement. I did not verbally agree to anything of the sort. I believe that the company's staff lied to me and extended my contract without my written or verbal consent. The company has refused to fix the issue or allow me to cancel my contract. I am very disappointed with the company's customer service and business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
RUN! THEY ARE THIEVES! Stole our Money! Never provided service for our cameras! Camera Service is the worst… CCPV aka .. camera system never worked pass 4 weeks .. camera was installed during Thanksgiving weekend Nov 2021 not working in 2022 Jan, Feb, March, April, May.. ask for a refund! What a joke … not working today! I am so disgusted! We where vandalized… no camera…. Blah… blah! Trust me you don’t want to get these camera… RUN! Don’t buy these cameras! I been having my ADT security system for 2 years now which I love because I feel safer due to living alone. I recently had a doorbell and camera installed due to my wanting the extra layer of protection. Everytime a technician come they are on time, very professional, do no make a mess in his home while installing the equipment. The last technician that came out Aries Encabo arrived at perfect timing, he was very professional, he installed my equipment and even made sure my ADT Alarm System was working properly as well. He checked all my sensors to make sure I didn't have any issues with them too. He kept all his tool and equipment he was installing neat and organized in one place. He put on shoe protectors which I liked to make sure he tracks no dirt inside which was great to see. He even showed me a way to take the chime off my sensors on my alarm system if I like which I was not made aware of. He even provided me a ADT Alarm System sign which I have up right now. The best investment I made was having the security system up, I feel much more safe now. Thank you ADT Security Services.

My wife and I had the delightful experience of working with Casey Silva today. Casey was the tech assigned to solve the problem with the alarm on our back door. We want you to know that he was friendly, professional, personal, resourceful, and efficient. And we could not be happier with the service he provided. We had already gone through a number of contacts with ADT and help from a telephone technician, who tried her very best to solve our problem. I took down our back door sensor, replaced the battery as she directed, reset our system --- and then was just taken down when it still didn’t work. I called ADT to schedule an on-site visit from one of your technicians (by the way, the woman who scheduled to appointment was named Wanda and she was utterly delightful). Casey showed up this morning, right on time, dealt with the terrible parking conditions in our neighbourhood, came into our house all properly masked up, and ready to go. He immediately ran into problems, because neither his company cell phone nor his personal cell phone could get a signal in our area. We’re on a steep hill-side very near the beach. It took him only a moment to figure a way around that obstacle. He got through to your office, got our system put on test mode, and then went to work finding the problem. He had it solved in about ten minutes. Once done, he explained everything to my wife and me, answered any questions we had, double-checked that our system would now work as it should, cleaned up everything he had opened, and was on his way. We are wonderfully satisfied with his help, his professionalism, his friendly demeanor, and his efficiency. Casey is a marvelous representative for ADT, and we simply could not resist sending this commendation to you. My wife and I know from our own working years how often people complain and how rarely they commend. We don’t want to be a part of that. Casey’s visit was the best in-person interaction we have had with an ADT person, and we’re very appreciative. Thank you for considering this commendation. Please stay well in these wretched times. Overall good experience. Our sales associate, El, was clear and professional from the very start. From providing the estimate, scheduling the install and returning to check in while the technician worked at my home. Great follow through! I am 80 years old and was initially worried, but El was calm, reassuring and made the process very simple. Eric was our tech and did a great job as well. I know I’ll be safe and secure and that was worth the 7 hours it took to complete installation. Thanks for a great experience!
