Lorena was super friendly on the phone with me and husband. She assisted us with the mobile-app for 2 things/ editing my spouse's cell phone number and correcting the daylight savings time also. And the app may be super easy for some, but it's new to us, so thank you so much!

I am a longtime customer in the Santa Barbara area. I am writing to advise you of the excellent service I received yesterday. Due to SC Edison upgrades, our power had been out for over eight hours when the keypad alarm started emitting a piercing alarm. Despite repeatedly going through the procedures detailed in your manual, I was unable to silence the alarm. I called the 800 # listed and within minutes got a call back from your technician David Tijerina. David provided clear instructions on how open the locked box and silence the alarm. His calm and helpful attitude showed both excellent customer relation skills as well as superior technical abilities. In this world of complaints, I thought it appropriate to provide positive feedback for your outstanding employees.

I have had good experiences in my interactions with the staff at Boyd and Associates. They always answer the phone quickly and i rarely ever wait. They have been very helpful and walked me through the process of reloading the batteries when I was uncertain. They have been patient and neutral when I have mistakenly set off the alarm.

Over the past years, I've always requested that their technician "David" visit my home for annual system checks. David's visits are always pleasant. He investigates my security system thoroughly and explains any issues that arise. Boyd's alert system is quick and dependable. I plan on staying with Boyd for my home security.

We just upgraded our equipment and David our Tech Service person did a wonderful job of not only installing the upgraded equipment but explaining how the new system works.
