Advanced Aluminum built my 11x15 screen room and I have never had any issues with the structure. It’s a beautiful space, and I am happy I chose them to get the job done right. My communication with the office was always positive and productive. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Quality of work is poor for exorbitant price. There is just too much to say and not enough energy to describe it all. Worst experience ever.

Where to start ... Great price but you get what you pay for except in our case we still over payed ! Shotty workmanship, crew supposedly finished but we had to call an have someone come out and see the laundry list of things not completed/ done incorrectly. Crew came back out, sorta fixed some problems but created others. They miss read the plans so our fan beam was never installed, never recieved a call for an adjusted price either. When the guys finished, they just left didnt say they were done or anything. Roof panels not aligned correctly. Multiple Styrofoam sections flying off roof an cut wrong to fit. The biggest problem is the screws and aluminum shaving covering the yard. They had 3 or 4 cut spots on our yard. Despite telling them to cut on a tarp they still refused and cut wherever they wanted. We broght this up to their boss when he came out, but when the workers returned no tarp was used. My husband literally shopvaced our yard and our toddler still got metal shavings stuck in his lip and hand. After almost 2 months of competition we still find debris in the yard. As aluminum is non magnetic we don't know if we will ever get it all up. Save yourself the Hassel and pay the extra money to hire a crew that works like professionals !

This is an amazing company. They care about their work, and they get it done in a timely manner. I've had a screen enclosure done from them, and a new deck built. Five star rating for five star service. ☺️

Hired for a job 8 months ago. Never heard from them for 4 months after contract and deposit, so I called them again at 5 months and 6 months always no excuse. At month 7 i canceled the job and they said they would send me my deposit back. Here I am at month 8 and they have NOT sent me back my deposit. SMH. company came recommended, i'm sorry to say, buyer beware!!!

We had our porch screened in and the crew that came was efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. Price was great and they came sooner than estimated. Will definitely have them back!

In July 2020 my parents contracted with Advanced Aluminum (AA) to screen in their entryway and enclose their back patio with an insulated kick-plate, screens, and vinyl windows. This work was completed while they were in Pennsylvania. My parents made two partial payments by credit card at the beginning and during the project. At project completion they were still away and had only seen a few pictures of the work. At that point they paid in full except for $300 which was left to pay once they arrived back to the property and could inspect the final product. My parents arrived back in Florida at the end of October and called AA to explain their disappointment with the quality of the work. Pieces were miscut, cut short and crooked, the room leaked, daylight showed through door jambs, caulking was poorly done, the front entry door dragged on the ground and could not be opened fully, door plunger was attached in the wrong place, etc. They requested that the installed items be taken out and re-done. After many calls, my parents decided to dispute the charges with their credit card. Once the disputes were opened AA sent two employees to look at the project. They agreed that it was a poor job. My parents were told that the owner of AA would decide further action. After numerous additional calls, the owner came out on December 4 to see the job. This was 5 weeks after the first call notifying them of the issues. AA had several excuses for the poor quality, mainly citing inexperienced workers. AA assured my parents that they could repair the work and make it right. AA worked one day to attempt to cover-up the mistakes, but the work still looks unprofessional and the back porch still leaks. The employees stated that they would return to complete the repairs. At the end of this one day of attempted repairs AA requested final payment by check. My parents did not make payment because the job was still not completed professionally. On December 7 AA called to request payment again. My parents again notified them that the job was not completed. On December 12 my parents received a notice of intent to lien. AA has not completed the work and my parents do not intend to pay for any of the work completed to date as it needs to be removed and replaced. Based upon their performance and actions I would strongly suggest not hiring AA.

Several years ago we hired Advanced Aluminum to replace our entire screened in patio. We had one of our notorious storms come thru that completely destroyed the old back porch! They did a beautiful job! Periodically we call & hire them to service the screens, pressure wash & clean our gutters. Recently, we called & spoke to Renee to set us up an appointment to have their estimator, Grant, come out to access what we needed for some preventative maintenance & to replace some of the screens our dogs had messed up. Grant was very thorough in explaining the work that they were going to do. The work appointment was set for after Thanksgiving but they had a cancellation & were able to get everything done much sooner. The day before Thanksgiving the 1st crew showed up (Tyler & Carl). Super nice, friendly, professional & efficient guys! They coated the porch roof, pressure washed the porch & cleaned the gutters! They did a great job in a fairly short time. The 2nd crew (Jarod & Nick) show up just as the first crew were finishing up! Perfect timing! They also were super nice, friendly, professional & efficient guys! They quickly replaced the screens our dogs messed up & also checked all the other screens. We really love this company. Important to us, they are a family owned business that has over 50 years of combined aluminum experience and a lifetime of experience in the construction business. I highly recommend this company! We couldn't be happier & plan on using their services in the future! Thank you Advanced Aluminum!
