My husband and I are planning a remodel of our master bath. We had a quote from a company to redo our shower but wanted a second quote. Thank goodness we did! I had heard National HomeCraft advertise on our Talk Radio shows so decided to call. We had the good fortune to meet Jeff Beback with National HomeCraft. What a difference!! He was so knowledgeable and so thorough in explaining the process the company uses to ensure quality and workmanship. And all this without being another pushy salesman. We never felt rushed in making a decision and felt like we had a family member giving us advice. Jeff is a true asset to the company. We signed the contract and are very excited to work with Jeff and National HomeCraft!!!

I contracted National HomeCraft (NHC) to install 8 Andersen windows in my home. The windows were a bit pricey, but I felt that they were excellent windows, so I agreed and ordered them. I paid 1/3 up-front in Nov 2022. They estimated about 12 weeks, so I called in early March for an ETA and they had no clue. Finally, I got a call in April that the windows were in and scheduled an installation. On the first day, the two installers came late and only installed one window. The next day, they came and installed the rest of the windows. However, one window was not sized correctly. They said they would reorder it immediately and contact me when it ready. I waited months. I called the office several times to get an update. I even asked if the window was ordered or not. The rep on the phone had no idea and said that the manager was very busy on some commercial jobs. It was October before they installed the final window. They are terrible with their communications. I need 8 more windows and a new front door, but I will NOT be using NHC and will find a more reliable company.

Who knew I could be so excited about a new roof! Tim was punctual, professional and very thorough. He presented us with a lot of details and comparisons to other companies and roof jobs. He showed us pics in our neighborhood that showed examples of all the ways metal roofs can be done wrong. We ultimately decided to choose their company. We believe we made a good decision. With insurance rate increases in Florida for older roofs and the increasing cost of cooling our home my husband did some online research and found this company. We were offered 3 different price points for metal roofs and decided to go with the lifetime guarantee. This company is based in Florida and family owned since 1964. The presentation was meticulously prepared and really showcased the differences in workmanship.

Tonight we meet with Shannon from National Craft. We had many different individuals to come in our home for the remodeling of our bathroom. I will say that his presentation was the best one and the most informative. The other companies show us the outer surface of what our bathroom would look like. No one showed us exactly what was going behind the walls like Shannon Presentation. He show us in details of plumbing fixtures replacement, what was going behind the walls and floor structure. I was looking to get a new roof and found National HomeCraft after seeing a flyer. They set up a consultation the next day to talk about options. They offer 3 different levels of metal roofs, and we settled on the higher level due to the insulating qualities of that system. The salesman Tim was very knowledgeable and thorough as he explained the construction methods that national HomeCraft uses. They also guarantee that you get a 25% drop in kilowatt power use. This alone will offset much of the cost of upgrading to metal over shingles. So far, I am very satisfied with the company's response and commitment to providing a quality product. I am looking forward to the completion of my new lifelong roof. B. My new metal roof has been completed and it is truly awesome. This job took 6 full days to complete due to the attention to detail by the install crew. If you are looking for a quick metal roof, you are probably getting the wrong roof. The crew made sure that every piece was cut and installed perfectly. They spent over 2 days just doing the tricky small pieces around my roof outcrops. This roof also came with an insulation layer under the metal. National Homecraft guaranteed a 25% reduction in power due to a cooler attic space reducing the A/C ducting heat. I will update this at a later date when power usage can be compared to previous months. The crew cleaned up extremely well and removed all waste materials. Overall, I am very satisfied with the company and the work performed. B.

I contacted this company after Hurricane damage on our roof, they were away from where we live but had decided to use them cause everyone around us was booked up. we were willing to pay the extra as sales rep Luke had said they could have it done in 4-6 weeks. That was on the 25th of October.That time frame came and went, no work done .It came into the middlke of January kept calling the only we got was lies and promises that never got done. I then asked for our money back, they said we bought all supplies already. Then it was they were waiting for the permit to come. i called the permit company they said National had messed the paperwork up and had to redo it.They finally gpt it then started calling saying they would have crews come out which they did and put the shingles on first then put the facia board and sofift which should of been other way around. But we said we would go along with this as long as the inspector approved permit. We ended up having it final on January 27. We would not use this company again because of the lying, broken promises and work.
