This company and staff have been incredible! They are knowledgeable, helpful, competent and just a joy to work with! They showed up when scheduled, completed the work when they said they would and picked up all their debris before they left!! They are very responsive and answer any question we have! We have nothing but great things to say and this company is absolutely the best we have ever worked with (and we have worked with many over the years)!!

We had Positive Energy install an array on our roof. Their technology is fine and works well. Their installation process was not. The project management was weak dropping details critical to the install. The install contractor didn't supervise their labor. When workers dropped things on the roof, puncturing the membrane, they said nothing. It's up to you to find the leaks; we are on our second. Yes, if you can prove it, PE will repair the leak. But they don't place buckets around your house or clean up the furniture and rugs. They put the onus on you to organize your roofer and their inspector. We agree with other reviewers that they are nice people. We just wish they could manage the work. Update: Positive Energy came out with a roofer and performed a roof inspection. They found a couple more problems and took care of them. We're grateful that PE stands behind their work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They did a great job from start to finish, and they even facilitated the paperwork for the state tax credit on my new solar panels, which are fantastic! I highly recommend them to anyone interested in rooftop solar.

Positive Energy Solar performed the one-day installation at my residence in a totally professional manner. Their lead electrician asked about my preferred equipment locations and conduit layout and did the work just as was agreed to. I couldn't be more happy with the installation!

Had an amazing experience with Jeremy McCollum assisting me in every aspect to getting my panels in Rio Rancho. He provided me with designs, understanding the process and allowing for input and explains the whole process in detail. My panels got installed fairly quick and have been working amazing ever since in 2020. Highly recommended!

Great experience working with Jeremy McCollum at Positive Energy. He designed and built a solar system that fit the budget and energy needs. They didn't try to upsell and handled all the paperwork. We love the low profile look of the panels on our tile roof!

We researched both the company and the technology based on the recommendation of a friend who installed a similar system. The company recommended a ten-panel, 3.45 KW system, with panel-integrated inverters (25 year warranty on everything). The system went into service in late December 2016. It has performed very well, better than I expected during these short winter days. Everyone at Positive Energy Solar from sales to site design to installation, has been a pleasure to work with.
