Overall good experience. Sales agent, as well as installation crew(s) and main office engineering team were all easy to work with and actively engaged throughout the process. We had a few surprises with our project that resulted in delays with system activation, but all were addressed and handled by the 1Source team with minimal need for my involvement. Overall... 95% completely managed by the 1Source team. YES, I would (and do) recommend them for your Solar needs!

We are so glad that we used 1Source Solar! They were very accommodating and willing to work with us. Ryan was great at sharing giving us the information we needed and walking us through the process. We spoke with other big name companies around, and 1 Source was by the most professional and reasonable. Plus our electric bill is wiped out already, so glad to see it's working.

I had a great experience with 1 Source. We had a different quote from a competing company and the differences just in price was astronomical. I felt less pressure with 1 Source than the alternative company. All of the staff was fantastic to work with and felt well taken care of throughout the whole process and post-PTO. Thank you for all you do and we are enjoying our electric bills with only the required grid charge. It's great. We are about 16 months in and the system is performing fantastically.

This was a truly professional installation from beginning to end. Gavin kept us updated on any changes in the scheduling, connecting us with partners in the installation process, and getting the project done and approved in one season. We are now online with MidAmerican Energy, and look forward to watching the charts.
