National Solar

National Solar installed 26 panels at our farm, and was connected to the PGE grid on October 4, 2022. Everybody who came here from National Solar was professional, very good to work with. It has been in operation for 18 months and has worked flawlessly. I could not be happier. The cost of electricity since the day we turned it on until today is nearly a dime more per kilowatt hour. At this rate, the collectors will pay for themselves sooner than I thought!

From the moment the sales man reached out to the moment we flipped the switch to start using our solar, we were guided through the process, never felt pressured, our questions were answered thoughtfully, and all the workers that participated in this project made themselves available to us. The install was quick (a day and a half), they have a full team and no subcontractors, they took care of the permits and setting up inspections. Wonderful and smooth experience.

After consulting with two solar companies, we decided to go with National Solar mostly because the other company said they couldn't come anywhere close to the price quoted by National. We are so pleased to have worked with National, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in creating the best possible system for our home and property. From start to finish, National took care of everything including working with the power company and the county while keeping us fully informed every step of the way. National Solar helped me choose a better replacement for my old panels. They came in and had the job done in a short amount of time. The crew was friendly and briefed me on my new system. From start to finish they did a very professional job.

I ordered a 8kw system with battery backup. The entire process from sales to installation was informative and trouble free. We were informed of time delays as we waited for permits and they made us a priority once installation was able to begin. The entire process was roughly 4 months, the majority of that was waiting for permits. It took about 5 days for the install to be done as we have a unique system. During that time they were communicative about what was going on and sharing facts about the system so when all was done I felt very informed. Shout-out to the entire crew who were polite, professional and educational.

It was great working with National Solar. They showed on time and was very professional. We are excited to see the overall numbers after the first year. We put 32 panels on our house.

Of the six companies I contacted initially, National Solar was the one that sounded and acted most competently. The initial visit involved a thorough explanation of the system and its function, and we were pleased to sign the contract. The contractor and installation crew were prompt, competent and helpful. Last week 23 panels were installed, and yesterday the utility came out to replace the meter. Within 10-15 minutes, the system was up and functioning. This morning I was informed that one of the microinverters was not communicating, and a repair ticket was filed by the contractor to fix it properly. Overall, we are Most pleased and feel we were well-treated. I can recommend National Solar without reservation.

The sales consultant was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything he promised was delivered in a timely manner. The process was smooth and now I am generating energy on my roof and couldn't be happier.
