Under no circumstances should you EVER purchase these panels. The biggest scam to ever exist. It will make a negligible difference in your electric bill, it will cost a fortune, and it will absolutely disrupt your plans to sell or move. The worst decision I have ever made in my life. I beg of you, please, pleaseeeee, do not purchase these!!!!

I regret about not doing more research before opting for this company. They only care about closing the sale, their guidance and support is terrible

Educate yourself. Do lots of research before moving forward no matter what any sales person tells you. After looking at everything that was set up for us moving to solar I decided to call my electric company to inquire about my annual usage and average monthly to see if we had a sufficient set up to manage our usage. It was not. They recommended 13 panels. This would have cause us a major pain. We would get two large bills and not much savings and they would need to come back to charge me for 9 more panels at lord knows how much more and push us onto bankruptcy and possible lost our house. With many appointments and lot of research we found a company who for 4k less provided us with 21 panels that met out needs. Excellent rating as well. Less money, less interest, higher efficiency rating, higher resiliency level with wind (important in FL) and total overall cost was lower. We don't intend on taking 25 years to pay for it and intend on paying most of it in a few years so we needed the lowest honest upfront cost with out high sales commission or and any mark ups, or larger dealer fees or paying way more for less panels for more money and be held hostage for more sorry you need more panels too bad so sad. US Solar panels are rated excellent so it's the deal and what they are focused on that makes the big difference. Getting the right set up and at the right price is what the goal is for this to be successful. Live and learn.

Just another case of a company telling you what you want to hear until you sign on the line. The whole sales pitch was full of lies and now it’s too late to get out of it. Buyers beware. They failed to explain fully and blatantly lied about the cost and tax benefits. Par for the course on a door to door sales company.

Everything was great until you need to get your roof replaced. Since my roof is 19 years old and needs replacing. The cost to remove the panels is 4500$! If I had known that there would be an exorbitant amount to take the panels off I wouldn’t have done the panels or would have waited to do this. OH and the best part is that if you have the certified roofing company take them off it voids the warranty on them. Very discouraging and that was never explained when I asked originally about having the roof replaced after the panels were installed.

They lied about the tax credit when explaining it and don't inform you that it is a non-refundable credit that you get if you owe taxes, you do not get a refund at all in this just offsets IF you owe (which we don't)they intentionally mislead about how the credit works. Thankfully there were delays that caused them not to install yet and we caught it with a tax expert as well as reviewed some complaints about them before moving forward. Unfortunately we'll still have to pay something since we didn't cancel in 3 days from signing but at least it won't be 25 years of higher bills and false pretenses. Wish I had reviewed this sooner, do not trust what they say get it in writing. Also apparently they put a Lien on your house when you sign up after the 3 days even if nothing is done. They have it so that if you don't cancel 3 day's after initial signing you would be liable for the higher of 3k or 5% of some cost. Be very wary if you choose this company.

Literally run. They'll tell you about how your extra solar will be purchased by the electric company, but they won't tell you that it's purchased for less than they charge you for when you run the dryer after the sun goes down. You'll end up owing hundreds to the electric company and still owing for the panels. They'll tell you how you get a tax rebate that you can use towards your bill to keep the price down. You don't get that. You get a tax credit for if you owe the government money, the government will use that credit instead of charging you. Your bill will go up. They give you no window for removal because they know that it's a terrible deal and they don't want you to have the option to back out. They'll own you and your house cause they'll put a lean on it for the panels. Run.

The day we signed so great but since then it’s been horrible! We were lied to through the entire process about being able to use the solar tax credit to pay down your panels, nope you don’t get the money to do that; only can use it to pay taxes you owe. Lied about how easy it would be to transfer if we sell the house, and not really saving any money. I wish I could go back and say nope no thank you. But they came a day I had worked a 14 hour day and stayed for 3 hours. Get everything in writing from the sales people do not take their word for it. I wish I had done things A LOT differently. We text them for information and would get a call back instead of text, probably because they are lying about. Just stay clear of them.
