You get your moneys worth for sure. Jeff and his team was very nice and a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy I chose solar, my SMECO electric bill went from $400 to $131 the first month and the bill after that is projected to be $75, this was in January/February so I can only imagine what my bill will look like during the summer time. Grounded LLC installed a 13 kw solar system at our residence in S MD. Jeff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to explain all the details of the system and how it interacts with the local power company in a manner that gave us the confidence to proceed. His price was lower than other firms in the area and he gives a long term warranty. The system is up and operating and we’ve had zero issues so far. There were some delays in the process but they were largely beyond his control. His firm came up with a very solid design that will save us big bucks in the future. Jeff helped us navigate the rebate process as well. We are very satisfied with the services provided by Grounded.
