I am very pleased with Free World Solar - after consulting with 6 companies, I ended up hiring them because I found them to be genuine, honest and not pushy at all. Bruce did an amazing job and took his time to educate me on how the process works. Bruce is an honest man and will answer any and all questions you have. Josh, the owner, is very accommodating and down to earth individual. This company is organized, punctual, responsive and flexible. They are on top of all activities and their communication is top notch.

Very knowledgeable sales team. I was working with multiple companies getting all the details and nuances about incentives, and I went with FreeWorld solar because they had the best price per kWatt for the system. They also didn’t try and under sell me on a system. Other companies were just trying to get me to sign on the dotted line with a low monthly payment, but the systems would have been underpowered for my usage. FreeWorld Solar got me top of the line equipment and a large enough system to sustain me for years to come, without any hassle. They gave me periodic checkups to let me know how things were progressing and the install crew was incredible. Very nice, willing to answer questions, and respectful of my property. We ran into a couple hiccups with the system after installation but everything has been remedied and I'm happy with the results! I'm happy to be generating tons of power and looking at my electric bills in the rear view mirror.

What impressed me the most is the high level of responsiveness and attention post installation. There was an issue with production on one of my panel arrays. Within minutes of sending an email to FreeSolar I got a call back and an on-site appointment scheduled. It turned out to not have anything to do with the equipment they installed. However the FreeSolar electricians willingly spent time helping me to resolve the issue. They went way over and above the service level of good enough. I am very happy and feel that I've made the right choice in choosing them as my partner in this venture. I highly recommend them.

The guys did a great job. Quick, flexible, and clean. Even repaired some of the roof decking prior to panel installation. Would recommend.

As in any project, we hit a few snags, but they were there to right the ship and keep it on track. My family and I are very happy with our system and the contributions it will make over the years towards reducing our carbon footprint with the added bonus of reducing our electrical bill.
