Night before Thanksgiving my power went out in whole house. The owner of PUR SOLAR sent his crew to repair my panel,and repaired the issue.Iam 80,and sick, plus have many pets that would of had no heat or power til after the holiday. I was so grateful to this special company, and crew that came to my rescue ,to help get the repairs fixed instead of going home early on thanksgiving eve!!!love these beautiful souls that Own and work at Pur Solar Electric!!! Do not use this company! Purchased solar from PurSolar and my solar stopped working after only 5 years. I now have $30,000 worth of equipment sitting on my house that doesnt work. Company has done nothing to make it right.

Morgan, we have tried to help you over the last two years. We have told you and your lawyer that it is not a Pur Solar workmanship problem but a manufacture issue. We told you just like the other 30 customers that got their solar system back up and running to file an insurance claim. All our other customers have done this and have zero complaints. If you need help with doing this let us know, as we have helped other customers.

I never leave reviews but I wanted to this time because Pur Solar excelled at all aspects of my Solar Panel Installation. A few things needed additional effort to be completed correctly but once brought to their attention it was done promptly. A special shout-out to Bobbie and Travis.
