Very poor customer service. The installation took three visit to complete, only to find out a year later they installed the equipment correctly and damaged my roof so bad that I now have to replace the roof. So 39k for equipment, new roof that I wasn't planning for, and the haven't received in the solar credits because they screwed up the access to the website. Save your time and money and don't do this.

Very poor customer service, I bought two systems for rental properties over 18 months ago, and neither system is generating power or savings as of today. I'm paying (65k) for equipment that produce nothing... Save your money, hang up if you get a call from these people. Sustainable Energy and Soleil won't take my call or help to resolve my issue, maybe they will answer a court summon. -Aurelio Parker

I have had a great experience with Soleil inc. they were on time for every meeting, they walked me through the steps patiently and the install was seamless. Their customer service is the best and Adam and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. I have referred them to many friends and family and they have been just as great with them too!

Had solar put on my house in Annapolis. Soleil installed my panels perfectly and I've been saving 200.00 a month in electric bills. Not to mention the tax credits I've received. I highly recommend this company to install your solar panels!!!

I give kudos to Soleil inc. They did an outstanding job for me. Dealing with PG county permits was a challenge, however they weathered the procedure and I am extremely happy with my system. Thank you Soleil I definitely recommend the company.

My system has been fraught with problems. And now they do not answer my calls, emails or texts. Seven emails/texts in the last month. Their response: reach out to Adam! How? He won't return my calls!!!!! Consult an attorney before doing business with them. I spoke with Adam. He sarcastically agreed to a monetary settlement and then hung up.

Everyone should buy from Soleil. I talked to a guy when I first purchased my home and he gave me the spilled but I wasn't convince five years later I spoke to James who was my salesperson at Soleil convinced me. My Bill gradual decrease in less than a year and is less than $5 a month now. I get paid for selling my energy. I am winning with Soleil.

Well…. I don’t normally write reviews however, Soleil Energy earned this. For me I appreciate that Soleil promised my system would perform in a certain way and all agreements have been fulfilled in a timely manner. So well done Soleil Energy.
