Used ARE for my solar project, and they were great. I actually went with someone else at first who totally dropped the ball and I was able to back out and choose ARE, which ended up being a much better choice. - Got a good deal, when they had a supplier issue they were very responsive and worked through it and ultimately did right by the customer (me). - They got the install done faster than expected. - When I created an issue for the app monitoring system, again, they were super responsive and resolved it quickly (didn't lose production, just had an issue with production monitoring). - A storm did some freak damage to the system shortly after install - I sent them a note in the afternoon and they had guys out first thing in the am to get it fixed. Overall super happy with my experience, they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process including post-install. This is a company that will look after you, not disappear once they get your money.

ARE Solar was very patient with us, during our extended research period, and answered all our questions thoroughly. After our decisions to go with ARE Solar, it just took a few weeks before our electric panel had been upgraded and we had panels on our roof. The inspection by the city turned up an issue that was quickly dealt with, and accepted by the follow-up city inspection. We are very happy with the panels, and even in February have we been net producers of electricity! It is also very rewarding to drive an EV charged by solar panels! Our loan payments are about the same as our pre-PV electric bill, and they will be constant, in contrast to the electric bills that would otherwise have increased fairly exponentially. Our plan is to go completely electric, disconnecting from natural gas, and ARE Solar is making that possible!

I was very happy with my experience with ARE Solar. I got a number of a solar quotes from other companies and they were not only one of the lowest bids I received, they had very good reviews. They were a pleasure to work with, responsive, and did great work. They were good at communicating during the process. From sales, to site review, to permitting, installation, inspection and turn on, they kept me informed. They were quick to respond to emails and kept me updated during every step in the process. Their employees were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of all the paperwork for the inspection and Xcel Energy. All I had to do was sign the forms. The installation team was courteous, respectful and hard working. They got the job done in less than two days in spite of snow the day before. They also put in extra effort to run the cable through the attic, out and down the side of the house and next to the power meter. Overall, a great experience throughout! I would recommend ARE to anyone considering adding a solar system to their home.

Really, I can't say enough good things about my experience with ARE Solar in our home solar installation. From start to finish, their interactions with me were knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. We had ARE install our system in 2019. We just had them remove it and re-install it due to the need for a new roof. (The panels were not damaged from golfball-size hail, just the roof) They have been great to work with every step of the way. Install looks good. No technical issues. They communicate well. They do what they say they are going to do. Cost is reasonable too in comparison to others. Highly recommend these guys.
