Solar22

We recently had Solar22 install a new solar panel system at our home. They were great to work with. Michelle kept us posted during the scheduling process and Scott did an excellent job during the initial sales and planning stage along with the installation and final inspection process. Everything went as planned – we passed inspection the first time and Duke Power then gave us the “go ahead” in two weeks! I would highly recommend Solar22 if you are thinking about purchasing solar.

Scott and his team did an outstanding job with our solar installation. The installation is state of the art and the job was completed on time and with great training and communication during the entire project. The equipment was installed with great care and precision, and we are very pleased with the look and efficiency of the entire system. This was a great experience today and dealt with a knowledge able professional. Installation done by a sloppy, unreliable Installer which caused many headaches and stress. So very grateful that I found this company, wonderful people to work with, unlike the Solar company that I was assigned which was Enlightened Solar. Buyer beware. c

I have an older solar installation that needed a health check and service, and Solar22 was more than up to the task! The technician handling my account (Scott) was thoroughly competent, professional, and very personable. The company was honest, prompt, and entirely above board in giving me reasonable options to keep my system running optimally. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! After purchasing a house with an existing solar system from Offerpad, we had no access to the previous owners information to file a warranty claim when the inverter failed. After one conversation with Scott he was able to begin the process of transferring ownership and servicing. The very next day the equipment manufacturer agreed to replace the inverter. This was after multiple phone calls on my end to try to track down the original installer for servicing that only lead to a dead end. As well as calling other local solar companies, to be told they only service what they’ve installed. Solar 22 provides a valuable service. Scott is very responsive and I can’t recommend them enough.

We recently had panels installed by Solar 22. Scott was super knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-service oriented. We had a previous solar panel system but the company had gone out of business. Most solar panel companies weren't interested in working with former panels, but Scott was able to integrate new panels with our old ones. He also did an uninstall and reinstall so we could get our roof replaced. He was professional and communicative the entire way through the process. At the end, we got an awesome binder showing our house and including all the information we could need. I can't recommend them enough!

We contacted Scott at Solar22 for a quote to remove and replace our solar panels (bought from another solar company who we no longer trust) in connection with a roof replacement. Scott came out and gave us an estimate and explained everything thoroughly. Their service included providing us with an owners manual and diagrams and graphs of our system output - something that our original solar company didn't provide. Scott came out multiple times after the reinstallation to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect. He is professional, courteous, punctual, has a great work ethic, and definitely takes pride in what he does - just about everything you want from someone working on your home. Solar 22 installed an 80 panel, 27.6 kW solar system in our home. Their analysis of our home for energy production, panel placement and installation plans was excellent, and their quote clear and informative. They followed that up with timely, competent and thorough installation and educated us on all aspects of our system. After the installation they have been diligent in monitoring our system and keeping us informed on system status and production.
