From quote to implementation, Nate and team from Asheville Solar did a fantastic job. Everyone else estimated our power consumption by looking at satellite photos of our house. Nate and his crew climbed up on the roof and took measurements. Throughout the entire process Asheville Solar paid attention to every detail and made our solar project completely painless. My wife and I are so glad we went with them!!

Asheville Solar Company installed our solar panels about 5 years ago. They were very professional, communicated well, and just did an overall great job. Asheville Solar was a great company to work with when I got them to install my solar panels in 2019. They answered all my questions, made great suggestions, were fast and thorough in installing the panels on my house. And I love having solar! When I had a problem with my electrical line a year later, they were prompt in finding and resolving the issue and didn't charge me for the service. A great team!

I evaluated 6 different solar installers for our house in Asheville and received 4 proposals. Nate stood out head and shoulders above the others due to his detailed analysis and responsiveness. His pricing was also competitive. A good friend who is a residential builder also highly recommended not just Asheville Solar, but also Nate Pembleton specifically. While other firms were willing to put panels on about any roof surface Nate counseled us to not install on any roofs that were not 80% efficient due their sun exposure as our ROI and payback period would really be impacted. We did the installation in late 2018 and went live in January 2019. The usage reduction has hit Nate's forecast almost exactly. In addition, he has been very responsive about some WiFi system monitoring issues. We could not be any happier with Asheville Solar's work and Nate's expertise and customer service.

Great experience, start to finish with Asheville Solar. We have had our panels for 4 years now, and are enjoying paying next to nothing year round for our electric bill. Along the way we did have a piece of equipment fail, and as quickly as they could, they worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced and installed. Great job all around. I would highly suggest!

Asheville Solar installed our system about 5 years ago, and we have been completely satisfied with it. We contacted 3 companies to give us a quote, and when Nate came out he spent over 2 hours explaining how the system would work and even crawling up on the roof to take measurements. The guys doing the installation work were great, friendly, careful, and happy to answer questions. After the installation, if we had more questions, Nate was quick to respond. We could not have been happier with the whole process and the result.

Prior to making our decision the owner Nate had left us with a very good impression with respect to both his company's quality of installation and service as well as us mattering as customers. The solar array was installed when they said it would be and the installation crew was professional throughout. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the outcome. Also of importance, Nate guides you through the Duke energy rebate process by providing a "script" ahead of time with all the necessary information to avoid any surprises which is critical considering the available rebate pool is usually exhausted in less than ten minutes. They were willing to work with us and the 10+ year old panels we brought from NY. They were willing to check in with the original installer to update our system.
