These folks are great, friendly, and trustworthy. We thought we had a problem with our inverter and they immediately scheduled us for an inspection at a very fair price. When I cancelled our appointment after discovering we had a switch turned off, they refunded my inspection fee with a cheerful with a pleasant attitude. I had my solar and LG battery Backup installed by another company. The battery eventually died after 2 years and they were no longer certified to do the work. After more emails an calls then I could count I reached out to SEG. Within two weeks of the service call I had a NEW LG battery installed. Matt was awesome!
