Had a really wonderful experience with Capstone. They were incredibly professional and made the whole process so easy. I have already recommended them to friends interested in solar.

Wouldn't trust this company..like most solar companies they sell you on fake numbers. I know because I went though the interview process and saw how they do it. They don't care about you, they don't care about only care about using persuasion to get that sweet sweet comission. In the interview process they asked me to go out and get 3 calls set up, then they acted like they forgot who I was. Untrustworthy, snakey, gross salesman. Stay away!!!!

While I have no problem with the upfront service afterwards was very disappointing. I sent emails and texts about questions I had regarding follow-up questions. After multiple attempts to reach my representative in Lacey I contacted the headquarters in Redmond. I was told indeed my messages had been received and I could call again. Why not call me? After what we spent I don't think a follow-up call would be to much to ask. The answer is no.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with Capstone Solar. I just received my rebate from them as promised after 60 days. It’s nice to deal with honest, dependable and affordable people. Highly recommend them for Solar installation.

I work with several people who used Capstone Solar for their install and all have been very happy. I contacted Taylor Disch, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, to get a quote for my home. Taylor and his team came up with several options and were willing to work with me on size and components. There is no pressure to buy anything after the free detailed quote is provided. I ended up placing my project on hold for six months, which was no problem for them. Once I proceeded, the process was seamless. Installation took two days and I was up and producing power within two weeks - PSE has to replace your meter to record exported power and credit your bill. The install crew was professional and courteous. I shopped around, everywhere, and nobody beat their price. One other local company didn't even take the time to get back to me with a quote. If you want solar, this is the way.

Capstone was wonderful from start to finish! Even when I got information messed up and they had to re-explain things! From our sales person to the install team, everyone was so nice and easy to work with. The install went very smooth and we have been up and running for a month now. No regrets! They helped us find the best plan for financing, layout for our roof, and worked with us on so many aspects. Highly recommend!

We just got an 8kWh system installed. Everything has gone smoothly and according to schedule so far. The installation guys seemed responsible and hardworking and level headed which felt great. Good, available customer service as well. I'll edit the review if we run into any problems, but we're happy so far!
