Moved here in June 2022 needing a place to stay immediately and Miss Isabella was able to accommodate. Initially spoke to her on a Wednesday, and I received my keys to move-in that same Friday. Fast forward to now with new military orders, Ms. Isabella again was extremely helpful with the move-out process ensuring all checklists were documented properly and even took time out of her day to personally correct some issues I've brought up. Loved my stay here and thankful for the staff!

I am an actual customer and I am telling you to RUN!! We have had nothing but problems since day 1 and getting any resolution is impossible. After multiple weekly calls, Carrisa does not call back. Jake does not call back. They leave their poor receptionist to deal with my (almost daily) upset phone calls. When we were solicited, we were told that our electric bill would NEVER be over $12.50/mo and that is a LIE! We've had 3 out of 13 bills close to that amount but some were close/over $200!! That is a far cry from $12.50. Once you add the solar bill, our Bill is actually MORE than it would be, particularly in the winter. There are only 2 people that live here. Our heat is on gas so not even electric. We do not have a Tesla or any other huge electricity drain. (Although we were originally told we could charge a Tesla and still be within the usage for $12.50) I cannot get answers, heck, I can't even get a call back! This company has THE WORST customer service I've ever been a part of. This is your warning!! Beware of this extreme scam!!

This comment from a real customer, this company hired a 3rd party company to install my bird netting to saved them a buck, after a year the bird netting failed because it was installed poorly and bird can still go under the netting and started nesting under my solar. I called Solar Solaire office but they keep telling me that their supervisor Richard will call me back ( he'll never call back) I been calling their office every other day for follow up but the receptionist keep telling me that Richard is informed and he will call me back pretty soon. Also email Carrisa, she too not responding. Just their excuse not to deal with your problem. After they got their commission pretty much you are own your own.. I'm very disappointed for their unprofessionalism. I will sue them for not honoring their warranty but right now im talking to news team to report this company.

Last week a really enthusiastic guy named Julian came up to my house telling me about the solar program in my neighborhood. Since we had recently moved to Georgia, I wasn't sure if solar was going to work for me or make financial sense. He was so professional and courteous that after we get a couple months worth of bills to look at how much my bills are I will absolutely reach out to him for business. Didn't feel any high pressure to book an appointment like the solar people that came through our neighborhood where used to live in Texas made us feel.

The process is so easy. They do all the work. All the people working there are really great from Randall and Drake who went to my house and explained everything very detailed. Then Ashley with that ff. Up cgeck in to make sure i get updated. Carissa who you can easily contact with all the follow up questions that she happily answered. I am very satisfied way beyond satisfied with the service and my Solar. You can never go wrong with them. 11/10 for overall experience.

Oh my goodness. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this company and the two wonderful gentlemen that employ them, Tyler and Gebin. They were very professional, kind, patient and genuine. We had tons of questions at our age (87 years old) and they were able to answer all of them. I’m so happy with the customer service these two and their company Solaire have given us. Thank you again.

We did our research before selecting a solar company for our installation and Solaire came out tops in every aspect. Carissa and Lana were amazingly helpful and kept us up to date on everything, including researching items if they didn't immediately know the answer. They returned calls and emails promptly, and were always pleasant. Our installation was several months ago and these ladies are still helpful and understanding, unlike many other companies who stop answering questions the moment the work is complete and you've paid your money. The installation itself was ahead of the timeline they gave us, and was surprisingly quick and very smooth. Follow up from Solaire to ensure all the paperwork from NV Energy has been approved was outstanding, as well. If we could give them more stars, we certainly would as this has been one of the most important and expensive projects we've completed on our home and Solaire made it much easier than we thought possible. Select Solaire for your solar...you will not be sorry!

Solaire got my family installed with solar a few months ago, and we’ve been more than happy with the results. Absolutely has been saving us money! This company is very honest and trustworthy which made us reassured that we had/have their full support and communication throughout the process. The system is up and running flawlessly. I would like to add that the applications for the phone and computer are remarkable for tracking and watching the progress of us now making clean energy. Solaire truly delivers on all fronts. My family and I highly encourage looking into going solar with Solaire.
