I had an outstanding experience with Tempo Solar World, largely due to the exceptional service provided by my rep, Logan. From the get-go, Logan made the entire process of switching to solar energy seamless and straightforward. His expertise and ability to communicate the technical aspects in an easy-to-understand manner were impressive. He was always available to answer my questions, ensuring that I felt confident and informed at every step. The installation team from Tempo Solar World was also top-notch, completing the project efficiently. Logan went above and beyond, keeping me updated and making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

We had interviewed several companies and was pleased to contract with Tempo Solar. Our sales representative, Logan, was excellent. He explained the financial option's, the equipment needed, excellent warranties and time frame for installation. All the while so pleasant and knowledgeable. So easy to contact and answer any questions. Installation, NVE permits , HOA, etc.all handled by Tempo and will be installing panels in less than a week. Just really happy with the entire process thus far. Please Note. We were not paid to submit review. Just happy with great customer service.

I got the solar system in September 2023 and it's been awesome! Tempo took care of everything - installation, HOA, and all that jazz. Ashley is my rep and she's amazing. Super easy to reach out to her by text and she always answers my questions as soon as she can.

Everything they’ve told us has been truthful. They got our installation done within 5 days of signing. They handled NV energy for us. It’s really been a no-hassle setup and I was really worried I would be overwhelmed with the solar installation process. They made it extremely easy. Shout out to Perry for being an amazing agent for this company, he’s excellent to work with!

So happy with our new solar system!!! Carmelo was the best, he went above and beyond explaining step by step every single detail, as new home owners we were trying to find the best company in Vegas with the best options, prices and quality. So glad we choose Tempo Solar process, it was fast and just currently waiting on NV energy to do the inspection in order to start saving energy.

Tempo Solar is awesome, the installation is so fast! I would like to acknowledge and appreciate Carmelo for an excellent customer service. He is so patient answering questions that I have, and he response right away. All the things he explained was accurate and done! Two thumbs up!!!!

Are we talking about the same company?? Anyway here you go. I recently had the pleasure of working Carmelo Rosado with Tempo Solar in Las Vegas, and I am thrilled with the outstanding service and impeccable job they did. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Carmelo and his team exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise. The installation crew was efficient, ensuring that the solar panels were set up seamlessly. Moreover, the attention to detail in explaining the system's functionality was greatly appreciated. I'd also like to commend Carmelo and the customer service team for being responsive and knowledgeable, addressing any queries promptly. (I am a pain in the arse if details are not met as promised!)
