Worked with SES through a local promotion for solar panel installation, and I was impressed with them from start to finish. Some solar companies try to pressure you to get as many panels as possible, even when inappropriate. SES didn't do any of that. Both the sales and install teams were great, and we've been happy with our new panels since the install date a month ago.

We are very pleased with our 10 solar panels installed by Solar Energy Solutions. The entire process from initial assessment through the installation was professional and thorough. Our panels were installed in one day in June, 2023. Our July, August and September bills were half of what they usually ran. During October and November we generated more electricity than we used resulting in minimum bills. Thank you Ben Perry for making it such an easy process.

They were excellent explaining all the solar equipment they offer. We were not pressured into choosing a specific brand. The installation was done in a few days and if there are any issues, the repairs are completed quickly.

We were referred to Solar Energy Solutions via the Solarize Lexington project. Before we signed with them, we got four other quotes from local and national Solar providers. SES was by far the least costly for the best equipment possible. We went with US-made high-quality panels with a 30-year warranty and Tesla inverters, enough to maximize the use of a new Tesla Powerwall. Our quote with SES for this setup was a better price than the next best quote, which didn't even have access to the high quality equipment that SES installed. Our contact with the company, River, is extremely efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. He was very clear with us about what we were getting, where it was going, when it would be there, and what steps were coming up next. The engineers who installed our system were exactly as River is, and worked hard to install things cleanly and efficiently while interrupting the work-from-home that was going on at the same time as little as possible. I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service and support. The quality of the work they performed is impeccable. Everything is clearly labelled, cleanly installed, and was immediately certified by the inspector, who clearly knows the quality of the work that SES does. We have seen homes with solar panels on them before, but our new system is so sleek it's beautiful. Our powerwall is presently charging despite the overcast day today and the panels are powering the computer on which I'm typing this. We can interface with it via a simple little app and can track the flow of energy in real time. I can't say enough about SES and will recommend them to anyone seeking to go solar in the Lexington area. Use the benefit of our experience as well as our research - this is as good as it gets.

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) recently installed rooftop solar panels on my home and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Seth Boehmann was particularly helpful through the process and even checked in with me post install to make sure I didn't need anything else. Jeff Nazarko graciously answered a lot of my questions at the beginning of the process. He even responded to questions on weekends, which I didn't expect him to do. Tim, the install crew chief, was great, and his crew installed the panels on what was about the hottest day of the summer, which could not have been comfortable for the crew. I would highly recommend SES to anyone interested in having solar panels installed.

Excellent service from initial survey to enabling net metering. Our rep kept in touch and was easy to contact. Install started on a Wednesday and had 22 panels up on Friday. Another team including the installer of the Tesla equipment and master electrician ran the cable from the panels to the circuit panels. That part took about four days. At the end we use the Tesla app on our phone to see the power stats. Overall very satisfied, and it generates what was given to us on the initial estimates. These guys are top notch. I have no worries about the quality of work and professionalism.

The Solar Energy Solutions installation crew did an excellent job for us. They were: Always on time. Always very polite and respectful. Always working very hard. Always doing great work. They have cleaned up every day before they left. They have taken the time to explain things as they went. We were always updated by Solar Energy Solutions about scheduling and when the installation would occur. We appreciated Ben Perry and the work he has done for us in evaluating our needs, helping us select the solar system that would work best for us. Ben came out in 2021 to check our site and again in 2022. He was a great person to work with. We are impressed with our solar system. Good clean installation.

Our experience was wonderful. The company communicated throughout the process, the equipment was the highest quality (I researched prior to purchasing), the site installation crew cared about the quality of the installation and worked with us to ensure that we were happy. I can't say enough about how great Patrick and Michael were. We are already experiencing value. Our system is producing more electricity than we are using so we are banking it for the future.
