BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY! Whew! What a disaster. We ordered a system when we moved in to our house and we were warned that it could take up to three months. It was installed a year later. Terrible process along the way with very poor communication. Misleading sales pitch left us disappointed with performance when we finally had it hooked up. Incidental damage to the house was never repaired though it was promised. I unexpectedly have to move jobs and sell my house. The problem is WE CAN'T!!! In this market, three months in and 0 offers. Four houses in our small neighborhood have sold while we have been on the market. Did our house value go up? NOPE! It was the opposite. It went down. Customer service is poor, not answering messages or emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNPRO/ADT SOLAR!

They sold themselves well. First day of install was fantastic. Second day was great. (It was supposed to be a two day install.) At the end of the second day they told me they had to coordinate with MLGW for an inspection. MLGW came to my home for days and days asking me about it. I told them I had no idea that they will have to contact sunpro. Sunpro had no employees on site to meet with the inspector. Finally, one day the inspector showed up unannounced and I called the electrician and let them talk over the phone about what needed to be inspected. The inspector failed them because they were missing two components. Maybe an hours work to install the missing components. 3 months later and still nobody at my home to finish the install. We finally called sunpro and told them to come and get their panels from our roof. They said okay, no problem as if they couldn’t care less. This entire experience started off great but ended very badly. No customer service and no communication. Would not recommend.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!! Worst customer service my husband and I have ever experienced! Were promised an easy 1-2 day install and we are still waiting to be converted 4mos later. We have been patient, kind and VERY understanding-even when MLGW, Sunpro and Inspectors came to our home unannounced. Our account managers won’t return our texts or calls, they have no knowledge of anything that is happening with our delayed install and put very little effort into resolving our issue even when they are sent documents from the inspectors as to what needs to be complete for the conversion. My husband and I both missed two days of work on separate occasions because we were told that Sunpro was going to come and install our ground wires-no shows both times and two days of lost wages for our household. No remorse, no explanation, just false promises with no resolutions. Today, we cancelled our entire account and told Sunpro to come and get their panels and battery. I am certain that other customers have had a great experience, but unfortunately, ours was horrific and disappointing beyond measure. I write this simply to forewarn future customers that there’s a solid chance that you will run into the same issues-we have been told from several of their own contractors that their internal communication is HORRIBLE and that, quote, “they honestly have no idea what’s going on half the time.”

I had my solar panels and battery installed by SunPro Solar at my house on the corner of Trezevant and Jackson. I couldn’t be happier with them. The team is amazing: honest, detail oriented, passionate, informed, always friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. They truly go above and beyond handling everything for you and navigating MLGW etc with ease. My solar panels are paying off, especially with the battery attached. No more power outages, and my energy bill has basically fallen from $350 to $24 (MLGW charges $12 per month per meter... 🙄) If you are considering going Solar - choose SunPro solar. Their work and their prices are the best.

Very satisfied with our system! We will be moving soon and wanted to increase the value of our rental with the solar system. We already have a Tesla car so being able to utilize the battery to charge our cars and reduce our bills even further was a huge plus! Everyone from the instal crew to the sales team were highly professional we would definitely recommend them.

Sunpro Solar is the real deal. They say and do it right. Alex Aguirre is the ultimate professional in communicating what the system will look like and how it will perform. The entire team is first class from design, install and start up. Quick to follow through with any concerns during the entire project. I am having more fun 'chasing' the sun today than ever before. Went active less than a week ago but seeing fascinating results already. Best decision I have made in many years.

From sales presentation, contract signing to turning up the system, SunPro Memphis is the only company I trusted to do my project. I did months of research, reviews and comparisons and SunPro came to the top. Even in the midst of COVID shutdowns and delays in Tesla Powerwall deliveries, SunPro kept me informed and did a top notch install. My local city inspector said even they prefer working with SunPro over the others. The apps to manage my own power system is awesome and I can control stored power based on weather forecasted.

Great system, installation teams were brought in from Louisiana to handle the install, very nice people to work with. The panels were able to charge the powerwall in less than 2 overcast days while supplying power to the house. On the first clear day the system charged in less than 2 hours, powered the house and produced 136% of power required. On almost the shortest day of the year, I might add. I'm looking forward to what it will do on a long summer day.
