Hightec Solar

I have been a customer of Hitech Solar for a couple years, the first panels i bought were 200 watt Rv panels, the test sheet showed them to put out 220 watts. I I have been getting closer to 235 watts from, very happy with these panels. I recently purchased a panel for my home use, the panel i purchased was tested at 325 watts, with a Victron mppt controller I am getting 362 watts in full sunlight! Both my camper and home have mppt charge controllers. I am very pleased with my Hitech Solar Panels, they were wonderful to work with and know more about solar power then anyone I have met. Very easy to work with. Hitech Solar is the only place I will buy from, I feel lucky to have a local solar panel manufacturer because of how many solar panels are damaged when shipped. I also want to point out that they have found better ways to pack panels for shipping so they have a better chance of making it in one piece! I feel more like a friend when I’m there than a customer. I purchased (2) of the 200 watt panels for my RV. I can't say enough about the performance of the panels and more importantly the great customer service from Jesse. When my panels arrived the end of the cardboard was a little beat up from shipping. It turns out one of the panels had a little bend in it. I chatted with Jesse and he suggested they replace the panel. I happen to be driving by their shop the following week and decided to exchange this in person. Jesse even helped lift the panel to the roof of my motorhome. I appreciate the great customer service.
