Stylianos my sales rep. was very informative about the solar system, took me step by step through the installation process, there were no surprises. During test run already producing more than I’m consuming. Shali was very nice and showed me the app that comes with the Powerhouse system, and was very nice to bring me a goodie bag!

After researching and meeting with 5 different Solar companies to add solar to our home, we selected Ion Solar Pros. While our system hasn’t been activated yet, we are thrilled with this company and how they guided us through the installation process. To start, I can’t say enough about the team assigned to our home project. To start, Butch Carmona explained the process thoroughly so we new what to expect as the project got underway. He possesses a detailed understanding of Solar technology and variety of panels available. He walked us through the best options for our particular house and went into great detail in his analysis. Once we signed up, we received immediate and frequent communication from several members of the team assigned to our solar project to welcome us and explain next steps. We were very impressed. The site analysis by John was extremely helpful and he was quite thorough in evaluating our home layout and took time to understand our expectations to make sure we would be comfortable with how they would handle the wiring installation. Special thanks to Allyson, Mariel, and Loraine who have all been extremely patient answering all of our many questions through the various stages of the installation process. What an amazing team. We are now awaiting final inspection of the installed panels and will then move to the activation stage. I’ll provide a future update once the system is fully in operation. Thanks again everyone!

Ion Solar Pros is a standout company when it comes to solar, they have repeatedly exceeded our expectations and have proven to be the best in the industry. From day one the support has been unmatched and with our recent install they were there every step of the way. Our Sales person Sam is amazing and does not just sell the product but partners with you to walk you through the process from start to finish, he was even on site the day of install to ensure everything was being done to the highest standards. On day of install the team was on-time, full of energy and great to work with, all were very professional and working at a pace that showed great commitment to what they do, each one even took to the time to say hello to us as we checked on the progress throughout the day. Overall what a great company, what great people!!!

I had a great experience with Ion Solar. The crew was wonderful and respectful. Armando & the crew explained everything from start to finish and answered every question I had without hesitation. The team cleaned up everything and we even had a couple laughs along the day. Towards the end of the day Loraine the customer experience, stop by to see how everything was going and answered my final questions towards the end of the process. I recently had ION solar install a new roof and solar on my home. Let me say this….the company is top notch, everything they said they were going to do they did ! My solar consultant Ken did an excellent job of explaining everything in great detail and he was a pleasure to work with. John for the design department spent time with me going over field measurements on site and was an expert in his field. Being a licensed Electrician I was very particular about the wiring of the system and I was able to meet with Kyle the master Electrician several weeks before work began to review conduit runs and equipment placement before any work started. Kyle listened to my concerns and on installation day both him and the entire crew exceeded my expectations. The staff in the office always kept me in the loop as far as time frame and progress, they were always reaching out to me with updates. I am very happy with my system, it is performing as designed. Many thanks to the entire team at Ion Solar they are the best at what they do.

I began looking into solar panels back in 2021. Over the course of 2 years, I had 4 different companies provide me with proposals. I signed two contracts with two different companies however they were unable to follow through with the project. I was approached by Robert Shampain at ISP as I was about to give up on the idea of getting solar panels. Robert and ISP assured me that they could get the job done. I was provided with a proposal within days of them doing their walkthrough and reviewing my property. The proposal was the best value of any company I had worked with previously. I was leery given prior issues with other solar companies that they could get the job completed in the time frame that they had promised. Within weeks of signing the contract I had panels on my roof and a few weeks after install was complete, Eversource was out to turn my system on. Their install crew was professional and courteous in working around some time constraints we had with shutting off the electricity and the install looks great. ISP was great to work with every step of the way from proposal to complete system. We had a couple of minor things pop up after install that I had questions about. ISP was quick to respond to my concerns in a professional manner and make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I would recommend ISP to anybody looking for solar. I do not typically leave reviews but I felt inclined given the positive experience I had with them.

I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Allison made it so stress free. The entire install team was very professional and had the system installed in a day and had it online within a week. The entire process took less than 3 months as promised. I highly recommend ISP if your getting solar.
