The process of getting permits, applications installations and everything in between was handled expertly by this company. We would highly recommend them to others. The company’s representative in our area was Always available and very helpful with all our questions.

I want to thank Josh Cardoza (Solar Solutions) for a great job guiding us through getting the solar panels purchased and installed. Josh did an excellent job in communication with us from start to finish, he always responded to us anytime we called or texted . Whenever we had an issue or problem, he took the time to get the right person to take care of it. I also want to thank Joseph Goodwin one of Sunpower’s technicians who came out to troubleshoot and fix an issue we had, he did not leave until the issue was fixed. We really appreciate it, thank you again.

The sales guy is great at his job, talks a good talk about getting you to sign up for solar, but then disappears when you actually need him. Lots of balls dropped for our project, the installers did a very messy job and installed panels incorrectly. We signed a contract to get solar in September 2022, it is June 2023 and we still don’t have everything running. The communication or lack thereof needs improvement with this company. Our project coordinator is somewhat helpful, but I’d look at the bigger solar companies and avoid this one if you are thinking of getting solar. ***Edit to respond to owner, the sales order is under a different name, it was you, and we chatted often.

From the very beginning of this project Josh has been just a quick call away to help answer any questions I have had. He is very knowledeable and knows how to get things done. Loved his presentation of the panels and of course LOVED the savings I will have making the switch to solar. Josh has always been there to answer my crazy questions and concerns (and trust me there were A LOT of them). I was having a little problem with my project when it hit a stall, and a quick call to Josh and he took care of it and got things moving along. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Josh from Sunpower is an amazing rep. He was very thorough at our consultation. Answered all our questions we had, alway returned phone calls and or texts quickly.

Working with Josh was a breeze! I did my research and looked into a few other companies and was very transparent with Josh. He completely understood and helped me compare and contrast.
