When I look at this website and read what Aric is portraying himself to be, I’m amazed. He speaks of being “deeply rooted locally”, fair, and honest. He also threw in the military discount which would be the American thing to do. Let me tell you about my experience with Aric. I was hired by Aric as a heavy equipment operator and his first employee while he tackled his first commercial job. Aric told me in my interview I was to drive pilings all day everyday until the month of March according to my contract I signed. He advised me “there will be two Hondurans on the ground as laborers, I have worked with them before and they are good.” He also mentioned full time employment will be an option in the future. As I was the first one on the job with Aric I ended up initially unloading 1700lb. crates with 4 panels each inside . This was done by pulling them from the nose of a tractor trailer to the back manually with a pallet jack. No complaints from me, I was excited about my new job at that time. One day after working Aric again mentioned full time employment and if I was interested. We ended up unloading trucks with material for the job for a couple of weeks before the Hondurans showed up. At this point I was the only one on the job with knowledge of operating an excavator. Aric had no clue either, he didn’t even know what off-road diesel was at the time and ran every day to fill up a 5 gallon tank to operate all the equipment. About a week into me driving piling Aric asks me if I can train both Hondurans on the excavator. I had no problem doing so. Little did I know at the time what his plans for me were. I then learned that the only English speaking “laborer” was Mexican and from Maryland, he was the boss of the laborers and according to Aric was his neighbor. After I trained the two my hours were cut back and I became the laborer. When I approached Aric he emails me and says he is doing what’s best for his company financially and then terminates my contract. All American Aric!

Aric was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. You can tell that he is passionate about solar energy and fulfilling your needs. Aric was always available when questions arose before and after install and was always quick to respond. When we had an issue with some landscaping that was damaged during installation he was more than happy to fix it to our standards. They always kept us updated on the order. They showed up when they said, the work was completed on time. After the installation they showed us how to follow our electric out put on line. They continued to call to check up on us, even though it been almost a year after the sale. Very happy with the equipment and the service. Would recomend them to anyone.

Impressive fast and perfect installation in one day. I had a better estimate and priced with this small local business because I called them to compare with other big solar company, also the representative showed me the best way to pay my loan with the lowest APR. I'm just waiting for the Energy inspector to approve the installation and setting my power meter and its done. Grate job.

Sundew Solar was very professional and did what they said they would do. They are not your typical door to door salesman. In fact they pride themselves on providing quality local service without the pushy sales approach. Their install crew are cetified roofers which was very professional. I would definitely recommed these guys.
