Ben has been an absolute joy to work with! We contacted him about a solar setup for a new off-grid cabin build, but wanted to save some funds and do the install as much on our own as possible. From the very start of the project he has been easy to work with, clearly explaining everything and is very supportive. He helped think through our actual needs, talked about our options and was always available for my silly questions and ideas! He then went WAY out of his way to help us with an odd delivery challenge we had (related to another company) and came out to the site to deliver all the supplies and talk us through the install and build out that we would be doing. While his official part of the work is complete, as we slowly work on the actual install. I know he is just a phone call away and will happily help with any snags we run into during the process.
