I had a new roof and solar installed. My salesperson Ron made the whole process painless. The crew that did the roof worked hard and cleaned up the mess better than I had it and the crew that installed the solar panels kept it clean afterwards. My roof and panels both come with a clean 25-year warranty.

My roof leaks after the solar panel installation. Water sips through and makes visible damage to my ceiling. When I contacted the company, they said I had to pay 250$ for the tech to come out and check it if was their fault. And that they would refund the money back and fix any damage that was due to the solar panel installation. After the tech came and found out about their bolt not being installed correctly. He fixed and sealed it. It has been a month now and I still have not received an answer from the company about when they gonna schedule for fixing the ceiling damage. The company representatives keep bouncing me around, saying that they are waiting for the manager to review and call back. Unfortunately, I have not received any calls since. Updated: Although there was some waiting involved, everything was eventually resolved. I had to visit the company to speak with Cory to get my issue revolve. He quickly went over the case and updated the manager about the process. A week later, I received a follow-up call from the company representative as well as an appointment with the drywall contractor. The ceiling was repaired on the same day and I was also refunded my service fees via a check. I am still need for the company to maintain my system in the future so I hope that they will find a way to improve their online services, as I always want to support local businesses.

The Installation process was quick and painless. Crew arrived promptly. They were very polite and helpful. I had some branches and things in the way of their work area. They were super nice and helped me move everything. Great communication from the office team. We always knew what to expect next. Looking forward to seeing that savings on my electric bill. In all this has been an excellent experience for us. The people from sales to installation have been very engaged and professional. They have taken care of every detail and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The installation people explained every detail of the installation and consulted us on the final layout before starting.We are excited to see the end result when we are switched to solar energy. I would definitely recommend ESD for your energy needs.

With all the solar companies out there it’s extremely difficult to determine which one is legitimate. After doing my research, I feel I found the one. A comparative price along with honest sales representative, Mason Kelso, made me comfortable with my purchase. The sales team stayed with me every step of the way. They made sure all my questions were answered. When I began to feel buyers remorse, as we all feel during a large purchase, was there to remind me of my why and put my fears to rest. This ESD has done a fantastic job and I’d choose them again!

Sales representative Dylan Borges at ESD solar is the best, he has made the process a breeze and really cares about his customers. He is very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything down to the smallest detail. He is on top of things throughout the entire process and make you feel confident and at ease throughout the process following up with you and there to answer any questions you might have along the way. The company ESD solar as a whole also cares about their customers, in my case unfortunately the process has been longer than normal to activate my solar panels but the company officials have assisted me every step of the way and are very understanding of the situation and compensated me for the delays that are out of my hands. The hardware looks very nice on my roof they were very professional and overall very pleased with the process can't wait for the panels to be activated within the next couple of weeks.
