ZERO STARS Mission Solar is a horrible Company. We've been waiting a year now for a replacement panel. Claimed they sent it but never received a confirmation. Kathleen Rodriguez won't respond to any of our phone calls. Now filing a complaint with the Attorney General. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Love mission solar panels. I recommend them to everyone I speak to. Not only are they american-made, they work in all different climates, great warranty and super durable. The performance and efficiency is very competitive with the current market.

My 91yr. old mother was deceived into signing a contract that would get her $7000 that could be used towards the purchase of the solar panels. Michael Miracle who was working with the company at the time deceived her into signing. She was also low income and should have never been qualified at her age. She passed away in 2020 and the finance company put a lien on her property. I believe this was a violation of the Deceptive Trade Act of the elder. This company should do everything to dissolve her contract so that her family can move on with their lives and her estate.

My mother 92 yrs. in 2019was told that she could get a $7000. tax credit for purchasing solar panels. This was a scam because they did not let her know that it had to be earned income credit. At 92 years-old and retired she did not know what that meant exactly. I blame the company for not explaining it to her what it meant to have an earned income credit. She never received the earned income credit of $7000.because she never would qualify. This company violated the elder of the deceptive trade act! This company should dissolve her contact because of this and pick up any property that belongs to them so family members can move on with their lives and her estate. A lien was placed by the finance company that financed the project.

BUYER BEWARE! The claim of a 25 year warranty was meaningless in my case. 3 years after installation, one of my panels shattered. Mission Solar Energy refused to honor the warranty stating that the panel had been over-torqued. The panel had not been touched during those 3 years.

Horrible customer service. There was an incident involving their delivery truck/driver. Supposedly the company cannot track the delivery company that they used to deliver products. It was a third party delivery truck, inexperienced driver. No company logo. No license plates. No stickers. Contacted Mission Solar for assistance and was a waste of time. Be careful!!

Excellent solar panels, if anything they are over built and incredibly tough, we took a tour of the facility. It's incredible, everything is state of the art, everyone seems to be happy. They put these panels through rigid torture tests that are far above industry standards. Made in the USA.

My 5 stars are for the post officer Mrs. Anderson who went out her way to meet my needs. It was cold and raining and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you officer Anderson for doing your job and doing fit well 🤩. You we’re very funny and brightened our day.
