Stronghold Solar

I went to the office and the receptionist said that the owner worked full time at another job. I needed to leave my contact information and the owner would contact me and set up an appointment for an estimate. I left my contact information as requested, but no one ever contacted me - EVER!!! If you cant call me back to set up an estimate, then good luck getting me to actually hire you for a job!

Amazing support and service

Very professional Solar company . Love the system they installed and the service after the install has been stellar!

-Original review was 1 star- Stronghold installed the 15 panel system on my house. They are terrible at post-sale customer service. They hardly ever pick up the phone, I leave messages and they don't call back. When someone does pick up it's usually Sam, he will take down my phone number and say James will call me back, but James never does. Don't expect them to be very good at servicing and maintaining your panels. You are on your own. 6 of my micro inverters have stopped responding and Stronghold has been of no help. I would be happy to change this review if someone from Stronghold would actually respond to this review and make good on some basic customer service. ///////// UPDATE: Aug 18, 2017 James did give me a call back today and apologized for the lack of support. They are very busy and Enphase, the manufacturer of their solar panel systems, is going through struggles. We worked out a solution and scheduled a service appointment to fix the issues with my system. //////// UPDATE: Aug 22, 2017 James Roberts and his team came to my house. They spent the entire morning squaring away my system. Then James spent a concerted effort to teach me about the system and how my electric bill works. I'm very happy with the service and thankful that James made the extra effort to educate me about the solar industry, my solar grid, and how it works with SSVEC (our local energy CO-OP). This is how a business goes from a 1 star to a 5 star review!

Piss poor customer support. Waiting months now for them to replace a micro-inverter (5 minute job). They rarely answer the phone and never call back when you leave a message. On the rare occasions when they do answer the phone, they say they will call you back, but never do.
