Please tell your sales reps to stop conducting unethical business and saying you are working in conjunction with St. George City to educate people about solar. Stop soliciting in neighborhoods that do not allow soliciting. I don't care to have an argument on the door with your sales rep. He should leave when asked to. I shouldn’t have to ask him multiple times.

The only good experience I had with this company is when one nice employee helped with me with tax questions. Other than that Ionix is a pretty bad company. During the install it took a month longer because after the first two days they just disappeared with hand tools and mud left all over the backyard and patio and machines just left in the driveway. I tried several times before I got an answer then it took weeks before anyone showed up. Within the second month of Ionix being done, one of the solar panels became detached. I called and talked to someone about it. A year later I still have my own clamp holding the panel on. Now my system hasn’t made energy in 4 months and after several attempts no one will even answer the phone. Do not use these people for your solar system.

System does not generate the savings sold. When I tried to call for assistance, line would ring and ring and then hang up. Unsure if it's a system issue or what, but can't find anyone to discuss this with. But right now, I would stay clear of this company. Too costly and it's not saving money. I would love to talk to someone with the company to prove me wrong and I would gladly change my review.

BEWARE! Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Unable to contact anyone over the phone. Their sales rep, who is no longer with them, told me they cheated him as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Save you money, do more research, and go elsewhere.

Ionix was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. When I had my appointment, Trey walked me through all of it and helped me to feel very comfortable. Definitely the best prices and customer service I would recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. After 6+ months of trying to get our system put in we still don't have it. Wait wait and wait some more. After several emails we never herd back.! No calls, no return email, Not sure at this point what happened, but use someone else if you want solar. Ionix has been a major waste of our time. At this point I'm not even sure we want the system with the fear this is the kind of future customer service we can expect in the future should a problem ever come up. Gave them a second chance months later, they dragged their feet for so long the loan expired, and on top of that wanted me to do all the set up for them because they fired their project manager. Stay clear of these people at all cost. Worthy mention after shopping around found much better rate/cost through other local solar companies.

I loved working with Raul to get everything set up and find out how much everything was going to be. I hated working with their installers. They had to reschedule 4 times. When they did finally show up at 4:30, after us calling to see if they would still be coming they worked for 2 hours. After they said they would be there later the next day because they where going to go and start 2 other jobs. They never showed. We never got a phone call or anything. The next day we called the manager and he did not know why they didn’t show. We got told they would be there. Still no show. They did end up coming the next day when we where not home without any notice. I guess they are done. No one spoke with us about them or if they where even running. Plus they left metal pieces on my back yard we had to pick up. Very unprofessional and rude installers.

I typically am not one to leave reviews but had to because this company and these people really stood out. I had a chance to work through Raul Gonzalez to set up solar for two houses that I own and the experience was perfect. I was completely hands off with the project and Raul was able to get me from quote to install smoothly, very quickly, and was always able to update me with what was going on. Thanks a million team Ionix!
