We are solar lovers! Kenkay have the best solar customer service in all Florida. Our solar system is producing 115% of our energy needs, even when the proposals says 90%. Thank you Jazmin you are the best!
Horrible customer service. Our electric bill is still over $200 dollars constantly and were told we would be getting additional panels to help as well as a complete redesign to get better sunlight access and its been over 6 months with nothing. We always get the excuse they are busy with new installs. Basically they only care about making money and not keeping customers happy. Total waste of time and money.

Mr. Martin; our priority is and will always be customer service and customer product experience. Your system with Generac had some issues which were taken care of on service calls however there are additional issues unrelated to the solar system that our tech and your sales representative which is also your Father in Law went over on our latest meeting as per our most recent report . Most importantly is your increased consumption and trees that are blocking sun exposure in many key areas as shown in the most recent pictures. We are more than willing to continue to monitor your production and consumption but we urge you as agreed on purchase date to trim or remove some of your trees for better production and to make the changes on consumption as your Father in Law (sales consultant) recommended.

My opinion is that Kenkay Solar is a solid and professional company that is offering costumers a great way to save on their electric bill. They have great installers that will make a clean and secure installation. When you are thinking about going solar, you have to do your research, ask questions, watch videos and then go out there and get as many quotes as you find necessary before you hire a company. Installed a very large solar system on our home in Mount Dora. So far in the cooler months we are running completely off-grid. Great installers with a good knowledgeable crew. The guys were all super friendly. They are very busy so you have to be patient.
