Hesitation to work with a company so unprepared. Nothing towards the sales person, though he seemed very green in his knowledge of solar panels. The design wasn't completed at all for this meeting. We were told 10 to 15 minutes originally and two hours later, we had to end the meeting. All done on a Saturday too! Still no quote because the design team couldn't get their job together.

Blue Raven Solar is the best in business. They did the installation for a SunPower contract. From the start of the process, communication, updates, what to expect, milestones were clearly emailed and updated over phone. Got the town approval faster than expected and Blue Raven had dates within 2 weeks of it! The crew showed up at 7 am and were 100% done by 5:30 pm! All within a day! It was a large installation of 36 panels and all the other stuff that goes with it. Very professional led by Angel and his 3 other crew. Best is they thoroughly cleaned up everything after the work was done. Now waiting for rest of the process to complete to switch to Solar.

The set up was completed efficiently and looks great! There was an issue with the project in the beginning but Blue Raven went above and beyond to make things right for me, as the customer. Additionally, install day was swift and smooth. The crew was very diligent and worked with lightening speed without compromising quality. I’m pleased to officially be GREEN.

Blue Raven has done a great job so far. The sales rep (adam) got things going, installation was smooth, and the system has been functioning as expected. Adam walked us through the entire process, from design through installation. Couldn’t have been any easier. I loved the customer support Blue Raven provides. Very communicative each step of the way, and Blue Raven will make sure we’re satisfied with our system.

The crew at Blue Raven were timely, informative, efficient, and friendly. They arrived when they said they were going to and got right to work. They finished the work earlier than their estimated time. The crew made sure I knew what they were doing and answered any and all questions I had. One of them noticed I had a flat tire on my car, and even aired it up for me. Not only should you consider solar panels, but absolutely go with Blue Raven!

Guys were great. Made 1 big mistake though, instead of putting a flexible corrugated metal pipe into the attic, he put it into my den & kitchen area. Then they cut up my wooded wall, dry wall , 2 by 4 , cut a hole into my ceiling to navigate the pipe into the attic. Big mess. Work order made. Let’s see how long it would take blue raven to fix it. At the end it turned out to be perfect. Blue Raven fixed everything, paid for it. Overall everyone working in blue raven are great people. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

Living in Crete Illinois solar was a decision my husband and I felt was the best for our home. The Blue Raven office staff was professional and the crew reflected the high standards of workmanship any homeowner would be proud of.
