Over the years, my husband and I have had tree service on three different properties Today we had the pleasure of using All In One Tree Service for the first time. Chris and his crew arrived early to get set up with their equipment. They removed three very large trees and cleaned up the areas as they went along. I couldn't be happier. The people at this company are an honest, hard-working, and conscientious group of people. I got a couple of estimates for the work I needed done, and theirs was right in the middle, which I thought was really fair. I chose them because they came out and looked at what I needed to do and didn't want me to send them some pictures so they could text me a quote. Maybe it's my age, but I appreciate a business that doesn't expect customers to do part of their job and pay for the privilege. Anyway, I needed two oak trees removed that were growing into a chain link fence and some pruning on the others. I just bought a house that shares a fence with a retention pond that the city or my HOA needs to maintain but obviously does not. The vines from that side have entirely covered my fence and created an enormous canopy over that side of the yard. They came over Saturday morning, and before I knew it, two guys were climbing trees, and the others were over the fence chopping vines. They did a tremendous job and way more work than I had anticipated. It's not a complaint; I just felt like I was ripping them off if they would only charge me the price on the estimate. I also wanted to avoid getting a final bill over the estimate I had not budgeted for. After they finished, I mentioned all the work done, and the owner told me that all he cared about was that the yard looked good when they left. WOW. When it came time to settle the bill, they charged me exactly what they quoted. Yes, I am happy because I got a great deal of work done at a lower cost than I expected, but I am more pleased about the great job they did. I have a view now, and my garden can get some sunlight. I recently had the pleasure of using All in One Tree Service to tackle a giant Oak tree removal. I wish I had more before and after photos to post. I am extremely happy and impressed with my entire experience with them from my initial contact, estimate, tree removal and clean up. This is a family ran business that operates with honesty and integrity. I'm a customer for life. I wish I would have called them sooner. I could have saved myself many sleepless nights worrying about this massive Oak that started to weaken at the base due to beetle boring. Chris and his team did an incredible job for us. They cut back two very hard to get at trees in my backyard. Both trees bordered neighbor's yards so there was a lot of fence climbing involved, they then had to drag all the branches through a small gate to the front of my house to be cut up and loaded onto a truck. This was a huge amount of work but they handled it very professionally! They showed up on time, worked all day and you'd never know there'd been workers in my back yard as they left everything in pristine condition! The trees were cut exactly as we had requested, my wife calls them works of art. We will definitely recommend All In One Tree Service to anyone who asks and also plan on contacting them in the future for another tree in our front yard.
