Best tree service and fair pricing. I've used them several times for both thinning and deadwooding oaks and tree removal and stump grinding.

My initial engagement with Central Florida Arbor Care took place when I met Preston who is the Estimator. He was patient, kind and most importantly informative. He was also very detailed and took time to ensure that he captured every aspect of the scope of work. Once I got the information that I needed Preston scheduled my appointment. In all, the team that came to my residence cut down 3 camphor trees. It wasn't an easy job because they have minimal yard access due to the narrow access space. Matthew was the tree cutter and he did a phenomenal job. He is a true master tree cutter, and the team working with him was excellent as well. Jose, Luis, Shane and Charles were the gentlemen that made up the rest of the team. Everyone gave top notch customer service and the pride that was taken in their work was evident. There was no debris in the neighbors yard and everything was executed to spec. I will also add that they did an amazing job cleaning up as well. The only evidence of Central Florida Arbor Care being there was the fact that 3 trees were gone lol. I would recommend them to anyone who values superb customer service and high quality work. I’m so pleased with the clean up and customer service. I was left in a lurch by another awful tree company. Needless to say, I’ll be using Central Florida Arborcare next time for all my tree service needs. I was left with a huge amount of debris (from the other company) and CFA had the right team and truck to remove it. My front yard is cleared and I’m relieved to see it that way. We hired Central Florida Arborcare to trim up our palm trees and remove a dead one. From the first call to the office we knew we came to the right place! Very professional and great communication from the whole team. Very impressed with the crew, how they did the work, their safety mindset, the equipment they used and how they cleaned up at the end. John the arborist was wonderful to work with. He understood that we only wanted to take the tree down if it was a danger to our home and gave us good information to make our decision. The crew came the next day and very efficiently removed the 55 foot Laurel Oak in a very short time with little or no mess or debris. The company has exceptional equipment including cranes, lifts and a grappling hook which made this go very smoothly and safely. The crew was outstanding and very professional. We would definitely recommend them and already have!

Having just purchased a vacant lot in the city of Edgewood, we wanted to get a head start on preparing the land for new home design. Although the vacant lot was mostly clear, we had several sizable decaying laurel oaks, camphors, and tall queen palms to remove still. One of the large laurel oaks had fallen against a beautiful live oak that was *not* to be harmed. Also, the two trees were near power lines as well, making for a tricky removal. I contacted several tree services that had arborists on staff since our city requires a tree removal permit requiring an arbor report. Most of the arborists I met we friendly, but only one was *clearly* outstanding and won our business immediately (we didn't even get all the quotes yet). Sometimes you just have a "gut" feeling that this is the company you want to go with, and Steve Ogden from Central Florida Arborcare was our man. Steve is an incredibly friendly and knowledgable arborist that emanates the feeling of trust. I had read many great reviews about CFA, and they have been around a long time. Now on to the job! Removing trees (properly that is) takes a bit of pre-work as well. Many cities go to great lengths to protect the landscape in their boundaries and rightfully so. CFA made it easy to obtain the proper permits and approval from our city, and this is the advantage of choosing a service that has a full-time arborist aboard as permitting required an arbor report. A week later, the crew arrived fully prepared with all the different trucks and equipment to handle the job correctly. The team was amiable and quickly established the feeling that they were there to do the job requested and process any requests. I made sure not to micro-manager (please, don't do that), and in return, I felt like I was part of the crew. It was a big job, but they handled it perfectly! I'm sure a couple more trees will need to trimmed or removed on once the house plans are complete, and I *WILL* be using them! Lastly, I want to thank ALL the people I got to work with at CFA, including Steve, Sheila, Cassidy, John, Lee, and the rest of the crew that were so busy that I didn't get their names (sorry).
