Excellent service. Very professional!! I highly recommend Rowland tree service. I called Saturday evening after heavy storms and high winds Friday night. A large oak near my house was leaning toward my house. Jason and his crew removed the tree and finished the cleanup even though it was getting dark. Thank you for a job well done!

They were supposed to cut down a dead tree that was a threat to falling. They only removed the top maybe about half of the tree. They didn't remove that half or even cut to manageable pieces for me to move. They left a hugh "stump" 11-14 feet tall. Disappointed especially with the amount they charged me. Hundreds of dollars. This was last year. Really sad now because my neighbor had a tree cut, stump ground and all of it hauled away for half the amount I had paid to Rowland. Needless to say my future tree service needs will go to this other company out of Beebe. This other company was quick efficient and their price was fair. Rowland robbed me blind shame on them. But I won't be fooled by Rowland a second time.

I don't believe I worked for you and your trying to down my business and up tick another. Rowland’s did an amazing job it was perfect. It was much more than I ever imagined I am so happy and grateful I will be using them again. I highly recommend this company very professional and responsive to calls and questions.
Me and my wife are so happy we chose Rowland Tree Service the customer service was amazing. We called jason to have him come out and have 10 trees cut down and have the stumps grinded he was always on time and even called ahead and let me know he was on his way and i wasnt left wondering when he was going to show up. He came and gave me a quote which i was happy with and accepted and the next day him and his crew was out working. We can say that we made the right choice the quality of work and speed that jason and his crew work is unmatched. He was always polite and professional and answered all questions we had. If you need tree work done and want to go with the best call jason!

Jason and his crew were extremely professional and prompt! The response time was phenomenal and they were very efficient getting the tree removed from our property after a storm. I would HIGHLY recommend Rowland Tree Service!

Thank yall for your business. I appreciate yall researching before you called me and waiting for me to come before you called 5 other tree services as so may do. After a storm, all tree services have to weed through to try to figure out who are actual serious customers who need something done and those that are simply shopping for the cheapest price and wasting a lot of tree services time that are coming out to give estimates when they could be cutting trees off of houses. Yall are definatly on my CUSTOMER list.
I am a Realtor in the Cabot area & I work with lots of different contractors. Rowland tree service was one of the most professional I've seen! They removed 7 very large trees from my backyard including the stump, removed all the debris and cleaned everything up in one day! He has all the equipment needed to make it a safe job for me and my neighbors. I highly recommend him for all your tree removal needs.

Rowland Tree Service did an excellent job removing a huge tree close to my house. The were prompt on arriving and completed the job efficiently ahead of schedule. Attached are pictures of the tree that was removed.
