Al's Affordable Tree Care

Al & Shannon were a pleasure to work with. Extremely fair on pricing and very reliable communication. They took down a 50ft silver maple right next to my house, with a fence in the way. Not a thing was damaged, and they cleaned up the site before leaving. They will definitely be my first call when I have more work needed at my house!

I highly recommend Al and his crew. Service performed: Tree and stump removals. Positive aspects: Great value, punctuality, responsiveness, quality, and respectfullness. They removed 7 trees and stumps and several more tree stumps already in the yard. They also took down 2 trees in the backyard plus a pile of branches that had been building up in the backyard. They thoroughly cleaned the areas where they had been working and left it looking great! It was a hot and humid day when they performed the work, and they stayed until the job was complete. There was one stump that needed to be ground down, which they took care of promptly the next day. They definitely deserve all five stars. They really hustled to get the job done and made sure everything was perfect.

Al's service has done wonderful work for me multiple times and I highly recommend them. That team of people is as organized as any I have ever seen. I love watching people who know what they are doing perform their job!

Al’s guys were able to get to us a day earlier than planned! They were expert at their job, cleaned up my yard even taking the piles of leaves that I’d raked! Al removed two trees and did some major trimming on our property recently. Did a wonderful job - the price was very reasonable, the work got done quickly and professionally and we feel much safer without the worry of those trees deteriorating further. Have a large wooded lot and sure we will calling him back in the future.

We needed to trim 6 trees in our backyard and our neighbor recommended Al's Affordable Tree Care because he used them and was very happy with the service. We called them and got a good quote. After scheduling the work, they showed up on the promised date and did a great job trimming the trees and, more importantly, cleaning up afterwards. They had to climb up the tree, cut, and lower each branch by rope, so we were quite impressed with the work. We recommend Al's Affordable Tree Care highly and would use them again.

No one likes having a dead or dying tree. Especially if it's right outside your master bedroom. Mom had a bad feeling about a really super tall tree in my backyard that had an unsighly bald spot on the bark, like it was hit by lightning. Always listen to your Mom! Dad saw Al working in a neighbor's yard & got his card. I called and made an appointment for a consult. He walked the property with me and pointed out branches that were reaching over the house & garage. He came to my troubled tree and discovered there was a big hole at the bottom, put a stick in it, and we found out it was hollow. NOT GOOD. Eep! Dangerous. He gave a fair estimate, his lovely wife Shannon emailed me the estimate, and his large team, with Al, came within 2 weeks. They cut the big tree down, and another one growing too close to my house, removed the heavy logs and he ground out the stumps with the coolest piece of machinery I've ever seen. A pink remote control stump chomper. I wish I could load the video I took of that thing going! It was so cool. I had to hold myself back from asking to give it a try - the geek in me was mesmerized! I bet if my Dad was there he'd somehow try to convince my Mom to let him get one, it was that cool! He expertly cleaned up and shaped up my Crepe Myrtle - see the pictures. I'm hoping I'll get more flowers this year - last year it was kind of a dud. TL:DR: Fair price, quick turn around, great communication, did the job expertly and even cleaned up with a leaf blower. I was very impressed with both the service and the professionalism. Would recommend this company very highly!
