Zanescapes Tree & Yard

Callan and Joe did an absolutely awesome job delivering and planting 16 Emerald Green Arborvitae Trees around our pool in Reeds Spring, Mo. I highly recommend Zanescapes for any landscaping needs. We will be getting more of these later.

Person inside at sales desk was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The 2 men that came to dig the hole and plant the tree were efficient, polite, seem to know their trade well. If the tree grows well, they will get another half-star. I would give 5 stars but I feel Znescapes is a bit over priced. But if the tree grows well year by year and is beautiful - all will be well.

"Amazing" - I think I said this word over 100 times during the 3 day period that Zanescapes worked on our landscaping. We were in a position we had to completely renovate our landscaping in both the front and back yard. While we had some ideas of what we would like to do, we really needed the help of professionals to give us guidance. Zanescapes came in and gave great ideas that really made sense and was affordable. Once we determined the plan, Kim was terrific in helping to organize and schedule. She really listened to what we were looking for and made sure everything behind the scenes was put in place and ready for the project start date. Michael S. and Harlan W. were our assigned to our project - from the minute we introduced ourselves, I was blown away by their professionalism and positive approach. We walked through the project at the start just to make sure we were all on the same page and they got to work. They were very organized and worked incredibly hard. As the project went on, we noticed a few things that needed to be handled that were unexpected. Instead of saying something like "that's not in the work order", both Michael and Harlan offered advice on what to do and worked these additional projects into the work order for us. Part of this was the need to adjust and adapt our irrigation system - Michael and Harlan without hesitation said they would help us. Part of our project was to build a small retaining wall for a section of our backyard. Not knowing much about retaining walls, We assumed it was probably a simple and easy process - we learned during the project that a retaining wall, no matter the size, is complicated. Michael and Harlan were very meticulous and precise with how they built it. What we thought was just going to be a small retaining wall being built was handled by Michael and Harlan like it was a key focal point of our yard. We don't have enough words to fully describe how "Amazing" Kim, Michael, Harlan and Zanescpaes is and we would highly recommend them for any size project.

We were certainly guided to get the right team to lay our flagstone walkway. The different shapes came together like a beautiful finished puzzle. Morning Glory Cottage looks better than ever.

The Retaining Wall created by Zanescapes looks good and is functional. Two different crews worked on the Wall (Mike and Harland) and the Yard as well. Several Grasses and Plants were part of the project. Fill dirt and grass seed finished the project.

We had Zanescapes build another retaining wall for us. They had built 2 large walls a couple of years which we love. We needed another one along our driveway this time. Michael and Harlan built our newest wall. We are part timers, and could not be down there while they were working on this wall. We received daily pictures of the progress! Michael called with any questions and to see how we liked it so far. Michael and Harlan did an amazing job! We love it. I highly recommend Zanescapes and would ask for Michael and Harlan. I had Zanescapes build a retaining wall for me and they did a great job. Glen and his crew of Jake and Brandon were nothing but first class. Glen always kept me informed of what they were doing that day and if they had any problems. In getting to the area to build the wall it was extremely difficult and they took great care to be careful in our yard. On completion of the job our yard was thorough repaired and our drive was cleaned extremely well. Nothing but 5 stars for the job.
