Man! Sometimes you just find a service provider who knocks it out of the park. Dekalb Tree Service is that partner. I called, I got a same day assessment, I got a quote, it was inline with my expectations, THEY secured the City of Decatur permit AND cut down the three in the span of four days. What more can I say? I highly recommend Dekalb Tree Service.

Dekalb Tree Service was recommended by my neighbor, and I'm so glad that I found out about them! They were able to get out to me fast, they gave me a quote right away, they fit me in for the work on a day that was super convenient, and they took care of everything I needed. Plus they were friendly and cleaned up super thoroughly after taking the trees which was a nice bonus.

One of my 120' pines was hit by lightening removing a 6" wide strip of bark at least 50' up the trunk. Looking at this tree we discovered an even larger pine just behind it that was almost dead and there were pine beetles in a 3rd proximate tree. Dekalb Tree Svc came out and gave a competitive estimate. They have done other work nearby in the Tucker / Stone Mountain areas. They put us on their schedule as soon as weather permitted, then were on time, and did all of the work and cleanup in a single day.

Had a great experience with a Dekalb tree service. Their price was competitive, the service was efficient, safe and informative. They removed a huge dead oak tree that had been struck by lighting and also removed some other branches on adjacent trees to raise the overall canopy around my home. We will be working with them again in the coming months.

Excellant price & service. They dropped every lg limb exactly where they wanted it. No damage to yard after 2 very lg trees removed. Great crew & good communication!! The team did a great job removing five trees and trimming tons of branches without any incidents. Two of those trees were near the house. They were on time, very professional, and got the job done. I highly recommend them.

We had a huge limb (20+ inches) the size of a tree fall on our house causing a precarious situation. Keith and his crew did a great job with not only removing the limb but also trimmed up the tree in which this massive limb split off. In order to remove the limb from the house, they had to rig many ropes between the tree and house to not cause further damage to our house and the neighbor's house as the limb was removed. They were very professional, on time, and clean everything up better than before the limb fell. They were also helpful in recommending a contractor to make the repairs, walking me though insurance claims and even assess the health of the tree. Overall great value from a local company with awesome professional experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing major tree service.
