I cannot say enough good things about Pepins Tree Service! Steven Pepin is a genuinely nice human who cares about his customers. We were at a complete loss for how to hang a tree swing for our daughter on a strong branch in a safe location (tried all the things to no avail- the branch was just too high) and figured it was worth a shot to reach out to a tree service to see if they could help. The first company we found on a Google search was unable to help as they have just retired, but assured us they were passing on our info to a respected colleague and we would hear from him soon. He reached out almost right away and was more than willing to help. I truly thought they would laugh at us for such a strange request. Steven went above and beyond to assist us and our little one couldn’t be happier. Steven called us on Monday and told me he’d try to get to us by Friday. He called us two days later to let us know he was on his way- after normal work hours! Not only did we not have to chase him down, but he maintained communication with us and came early! We thought we had all the parts and it would be quick and easy but one piece was longer than expected and needed an additional piece to make it work that we didn’t have. Steven did! We expected to pay a lot for this service. Not your ordinary request and just for his time and resources. Steven was so generous with donating his time to help and wouldn’t accept more money- we felt like we robbed him. We are so grateful for his willingness to help and how quickly he was able to fit us in. There really are kind, genuine people in this world that care more about doing something nice for someone than making a buck. Now we know it is hung securely and in a safe location. Thank you Steven for helping us to put such a big smile on our daughters face. That means so much to us!

Steve and his crew did an exceptional job taking down 3 trees on my property. He uses state of the art equipment that is lawn and septic friendly. Great work, fair pricing. Give him a call.

Steve Pepin and his crew removed six trees and trimmed two others around my house. They were very careful, using ropes on other tree branches to keep the pieces he was cutting away from my house. Steady and methodical, Steve and his crew worked for two days to make sure the trees were removed correctly and safely. The whole crew was very professional, and hardhats and eye/ear protection were the rule. They took all the wood away, chipping the small and medium branches. His equipment is clean and well maintained. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend Pepin's Tree Service.

Excellent Service!!!! I called Steve and he was at my house in minutes. I had a tree that was ready to come down on my house. Steve used his yard friendly lift and took care of the safety issue immediately. He and his crew are professional and the price fit my budget. Great job!!!

Working with Steve Pepin during a seven- tree removal job was terrific. He was recommended to us by a few people and I can see why... his workmanship and communication were excellent. He also went above and beyond. Since the job took about a week off and on, he communicated well to inform us on the job status, and any issues he encountered including schedule changes.
