Juan from Genesis Tree Service is an absolute hero and a true friend to the Ramona Barn Owls! He recently saved three of my barn owlets that had accidentally fallen from their home. Juan offered them a ride back home, and even trimmed the branches that were blocking their porch. He's an expert at his job and went above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of the owlets. I cannot express enough gratitude for his kindness and assistance. Juan and his team are AMAZING! Very hard working and efficient. They did my neighbors whole overgrown yard and then I had them trim all my palms, and I have a lot. Their price was the most reasonable around and I am very happy with their excellent service! They even cleaned up very well after. I will definitely be using them for all my future tree trims and referring to everyone I know. He is even getting me a quote for gravel/spreading across the side of my yard where an RV parks. Great crew. Fast. Clean up was well done, and they bid and held to their price. Best bid of all crews we got estimates from. Honest... Asked them for a quote on our huge pine in the back yard. Juan said not to lace at this time of the year. Have them coming back in October to work on our pine tree.

I recently had a difficult situation where an oak tree fell onto a neighbor's property. Not only was Genesis the only company to call me back, but they squeezed me in the next day and completed the work in less than 90 minutes. For a little bit more money, they completed some chipping I needed to have done to sell my house. I am a total DIY guy, but these guys may have changed that mind set with me.
