Great team of professionals. They showed up on time with all equipment ready to work. They covered their plan with me and proceeded. I never saw anyone standing with hands in pocket or on a cell phone. Fully cleaned up and sent a stump grinder shortly after they left. I hope to never need tree services again but if I do I'll definitely call them.

They were in and out quickly. Love that they clean up and mulch old trees taken out right away. They also have stump grinder, which was done at a later time and an added plus for us. Was well worth the price for both tree removal and stump grinding. The guys are very nice and polite. Very efficient at their job. Great experience all round. Highly suggest to call Monster Tree Service for estimate. But better yet, higher Monster Tree Service!!

Awesome! The crew was very hard working while at the same time staying safe. There was no foul language. Did not hear one bad word. : ) Very professional! The yard was cleaned up perfect when the work was complete! We will use them again. Highly recommend. AWESOME JOB!!

These guys did a great job removing two old pecan trees looming over the roof of the house. Justin was punctual and professional and was a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend their services.

Needed trees trimmed for insurance company..even thou they were booked out a few weeks Justin did his best and squeezed me in!! Guys that came to work in this extreme heat were amazing!!! Prior to building our pool in 2020 we had Monster Tree come out and trim all the trees around the deck and perspective pool area and take a few down. They were polite and professional during the entire time and made my wife feel very comfortable with their work while I was away on business. They notified us of 2 potential hazard trees we would need to remove soon due to rot and insect damage. We had planned for those to be done later but Hurricane Sally expedited that. After Hurricane Sally hit we had numerous trees down on our property including those waiting to crash down on the deck and house. Monster Tree service promptly came by and assessed the damage for us. Justin is always polite and honest in his dealings. We gave them the work and within 4 days they returned and removed the hazardous tree and limbs that could come crashing down on the deck at any moment. Their crane crew and tree crew were amazing and did an excellent job getting the work done, without damaging the deck our house. And avoided the septic in the process. It was not an easy job and we thank their entire team for their continued work ethic through both processes. We have much more to do still. But Monster Tree service is my go to for any future work. They are prompt, fair priced, professional in all their dealings. Thank you so much to Justin, Crystal, and their entire team.

I don't understand how a company that removes trees can manage to allow weeds to grow larger than trees in their own property. This company is an eyesore and has destroyed the beauty of our neighborhood. Our yards are overrun with mosquitos because Monster Tree Service has overgrown weeds, we never have had mosquito problems in the past because we pay for a service, but unless Monster does something we're just wasting money. I honestly don't think I've ever been so disgusted by the way a business operates.

I called Monster to get an estimate on having a tree cut down. Justin was very friendly and we made an appointment. Justin was very prompt coming to give the estimate. He was very professional and gave a fair price. We agreed on the price and set a time for the removal. Justin and his crew arrived promptly. They were extremely professional and immediately went about getting the tree down. They cleaned everything up very well. I would recommend them 100%.
