Superior Tree Service aka little tree lady

I can't tell you how impressed we were with your guys and their work! I was out of town when they came to take down the trees, though my dad watched and said they worked fast and were so thorough and clean. The fact that they leave it as clean as they do when done says a lot about the integrity of them as employees and the company itself. Thank you! And the young man who came out yesterday to grind the stumps was just as nice and clean in his work. I highly recommend your services!

This team of workers were quick, efficient and cleaned up any mess. They were in and out with my 7 trees down within 30 minutes. Very impressed.

Great pricing but sadly had to do a poor rating because of the trouble of back and forth and having to reach out for months, to have answers switch up. I had an employee who wrote a quote to have two trees cut and fall on property, I didn't ask for cleanup as it would fall in my forest. Company came, cut, and finished. I paid them next day while at work. Did not check the work until the weekend as its dark by the time I wake up or get home. Tree was felled in neighbors property, it's an empty lots but the principal still stands. Called the original estimator and he said it wouldn't be a problem and they can just move them over to my property. Was happy with response, Company did not come for months during contact because of rainy season and getting out here, talked with the lovely Missy who is the best of the whole company, very nice person. She said they would get someone out there again to check, I was told someone came out and checked and said it would be no problem, then I find out the previous estimator no longer works there and as time continues to pass I'm fighting to have someone come out to move these fallen trees from my neighbors property, On my more recent calls, two estimators were scheduled to come out who then state that it's going to cost $800 to move. (this is not my mistake) I responded that this was all taken care of in previous chats, the two estimators talked to their boss lady and she said no it's $800. Now I'm stuck with a tree sitting in my neighbors property, I don't have any power in the situation as I paid for the services already, and just awaiting my neighbors to respond to it, Tried to remedy with calls but it's me reaching out on the constant, an inconsistent remedy, and now a have to pay for a mistake not of my own.

These people are awesome! I wish I’d have known about these people before now. I’ll never use anybody else. Hired them for a day and am amazed at what they got done! So glad my neighbors told me about them. I’ve had other people remove a few trees here and there. My only regret is not finding these people sooner.

I called about 6 diffrerent local tree companies to give me a bid on removing severl trees and trimming a handful.of others Either I didn't hear back or the price was outrageous. A friend referred me to Superior and I couldn't be happier. They did excellent work, were prompt, protected our yard and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I thought the price was very fair for the work we had done.

Superior was/IS superior in this line of business, tree removal. They were on time as stated. The entire crew worked together as a team as if they had been working together for 20+ years. In watching how they worked, they have a process that feeds off of each other so that the work gets done timely and efficiently. They are very thorough and conscientious of the surroundings ensuring that they leave the site very clean at the end of the job. We loved using this company. From the first time I met Naomi when she arrived to give us an estimate, to the impeccable clean up after the job was done, Superior Tree Service far exceeded our expectations. Naomi's staff was professional, punctual, courteous, reliable and very hard working. I highly recommend calling this team for your tree removal service. We had them removing trees for 3 days. Well worth it.

Didn't even have trees cut down but when I do this crew and company will get my business and no one else! My awesome neighbors needed to use my yard for access to get some trees cut down and they did a great job for them. I had a water pipe break from a tree dropping and the crew fixed it for FREE 30 minutes later. I'm a District Manager for Sprint and I haven't had or seen this level of customer service in years. If you use this company you will be 100% satisfied. The crew that was at Deergrass Trail today 6/1/19 all need raises!!!
