Miles and his team did a great job. They were prompt and did exactly what they said would do. The price was very fair. I will be calling them back in the spring to do some more work.

Great job of cutting down trees but requested to leave wood to split for firewood. Wood was left, but also a few pieces of the tree were left, and I they were not cut. I am unable to move them and they probably weigh around a couple hundred pounds at least. I have called for 3 months trying to have them remove it. They shared they would be out to move it two months ago but never showed. Now they are not returning my calls or voicemail. I was informed by other customers that this has happened to them, and they have had to pay another wood splitting company to move the wood. I am very dissatisfied and will not be using their service again.

I had 3 trees that had died a few years ago. I was finally determined to have them removed. Miles from Newtown Arbor Services came a day after I called for a quote. Three days later, the dead trees along my driveway were gone...all debris was hauled away and my driveway was swept spotless! I highly recommend Newtown Arbor Servcies.

We had used Newtown Arbor Service to remove 18 trees from our challenging back hill several years ago. They did such an outstanding job we didn't hesitate to call them for our son's property. Quarter Acre road is not an easy road to navigate with large heavy equipment but they came early and did an excellent job and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only do we feel safer with the problem trees removed, there is no mess! The cleanup is fantastic.

The equipment that Alan owns is quite impressive and allowed for 2 dead ash, tall pines and dead spruce to easily be removed and chipped, as well as large black walnuts and 100’ maples to be pruned to perfection! This team of men (Alan, Paul, Myles, Ryan, Danny and Kyle) worked seamlessly together and each brought their skill to the table and worked without ceasing until the job was done. They all went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier! There is no question if you live in Newtown or surrounding areas, there is no one better to take care of your tree work needs. Our experience with Al Potter and Newtown Arbor Services was stellar. My family's home in Hawleyville was nestled in among a grove of very old Maples, Ash, and Hickories. Most were diseased or rotted and in danger of falling on the wires and house itself during the storms lately. Al and Miles and Mouse and their crew came to the house and within about 18 hours, had the entire job completely done. The crew took care to not tear up the lawn with their trucks and cranes and falling trees, fixing any divots or tracks they made. The almost 2 dozen giant trees were cut down efficiently, chipped, and hauled away with no disruption to our busy home life. The yard is completely transformed and the house is safer from violent weather thanks to Al Potter and Newtown Arbor. I can highly recommend them to anybody in town and the surrounding areas to tackle any tree job, no matter how big. We are truly grateful for their professionalism, care, and hard work. From start to finish Newtown Arbor Services has been amazing. Scheduling an estimate was super easy. Al, the owner himself, showed up on time and took time to look at the job, he didn't rush like some service providers do. He was honest and fair with his prices. On the day of the job Newtown Arbor Services showed up on time and did an amazing job! There was not so much as a divot in our lawn, truly a terrific performance.
