James was great! Gave me a quick lesson on my exact tree species and how to take care of it better. Gave me the step by step to get my front l lawn looking great again. I’m currently in a cast and they offered to do the job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! And they’re Wellington local!

We've been working with James and the crews for the past 3 years since we purchased our home and we couldn't be happier. Our property has dozens of mature trees and shrubs that most likely hadn't had any TLC since landscaping was completed. The pruning, removals, pest treatments, fertilizations that Tree Top/Bartlett have been doing have been vital to keeping everything healthy. Pedro, and the whole Tree Top team were incredible to work with. They were very quick to stop by, look at my trees and help make recommendations for the work to be done. The work was easily scheduled and the incredibly professional team who came and did the work did a fantastic job. Great tree company! Professional and thorough, from start to finish. From the time I called they were out in days to give us an estimate. Proposal arrived later that day by email. Work scheduled and completed within a couple weeks from the time we signed the proposal. Pedro and his team of workers get the job done and clean up thoroughly. Many neighbors in our neighborhood have used Tree Top. We highly recommend them.

On time... All services done as estimated for... Super nice guys to be around and they seemed to run a well coordinated team as well... Anna & Shelby (front of the house team) were great to deal with via email... The best part is how they had 'eyes on' the whole tree & every tree for assessment. The use of hand pruners to small saws told me they were doing the right things the right way. I wanted a resource that knew how and what to look for and then act accordingly; not just to clean it up for visual aesthetics. I care about the trees on this property and feel I found an aligned resource to support that. To boot, the clean-up was GREAT! I knew where they had placed all the trimmings and when it was all done, I had a large mulch pile (yes!) and no sign of any trimmings anywhere they had been!

Tree Top has taken care of 2 larger jobs for us. They have been impeccable in their thoroughness, professionalism, and education. We had 2 different crews for the jobs and both crews were so thorough and so professional. They cleaned up after and addressed all of our questions completely. We’ve been in the path of several big storms in the last few years and have needed several large repairs—Tree Top is by far the best company we’ve worked with for any job.

We had Tree Top out to do a major tree removal project, as well as a trim/prune on other trees around our property. The old cottonwood was in the neighborhood of 60+ feet tall. Pedro evaluated the old tree on his initial visit and provided us with options. When Pedro & his team returned they did an excellent job being safe on our property, which was very important to us, as well as cleaning up after all the work was complete. There were no surprises and everything looks great. We will continue to use Tree Top in the future and won't hesitate to recommend them to our clients. Thanks guys!
