I cannot say enough good things about New South Windows. The customer service is exceptional. The Salesperson was punctual and professional. He was very thorough with his explanation of the windows themselves to the order process to the installation process. The crew that came out to install the windows were very respectful to my home and furnishings. They were friendly and made us feel at ease. We also had a visit a with the Marketing Director who also very knowledgeable and was able to correct easily the small issues we ran into. I would whole heartedly recommend New South Windows.

We chose New South Windows as the primary company to replace over 30 windows in our house! They have been great to work with and their products are great quality! Ed is one of their installers and he does an excellent work, always polite, on time and cleans up after himself. We are happy with New South Windows and have recommended them to several friends and family.

New South Windows did a great job on our new windows. We had 16 windows and 4 patio sliders installed. The installers (Ravi and Pedro) were very professional, they did amazing job on the installation as well as communicating with both me and my wife. They were on time every day, worked extremely hard and cleaned up their workspace at the end of each day. They left everything spotless. The house is now a lot quieter and cooler than it has ever been. I would highly recommend New South Windows to anyone looking for new windows.

We had over 30 Windows and doors installed by New South in 2020 that continue to leak, fade, fog and fail causing thousands of dollars of damage. New South continues to change their story on why these issues are not covered by their warranty. The latest leak issue occurred in November 2023. Pictures attached. A service tech was here on 29 November and I have been unable to get any calls returned or information regarding the repairs required. I have called everyday for over two weeks with no calls returned. They do not seem to care about customer satisfaction, honoring warranty or servicing their product after installation. Buyer beware!

After we had an outrageous power bill we decided it was time for us to get new windows in our house. When we contacted NewSouth window their sales rep came out promptly on the time we requested and was extremely professional and polite in answering all the questions we had about the new windows and showed us that these are the best quality windows on the market today. Also they were willing to work with us on the time frame that we needed the windows and personally took interest in our situation. When the installers came out they were very professional and did their work with minimal distraction to my family. They placed down coverings to protect our floors and was extremely courteous to my little four-year-old. We could not be more pleased with the product and service that we received. Our house already feels so much better and they look amazing. I recommend this company to anybody anywhere. And with the lifetime guarantee on the windows that is transferable to the new owners if we decide to move is amazing and unheard of in the industry. They even replace the screens if they get broken!
