Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this company to anyone! They installed a cracked window at my townhouse that was new construction. I noticed it during the closing last September. They were suppose to replace it ever since they came in March and the wrong window was ordered. They scheduled three appointments one in which I took a day off of work, the others just days that they picked the days and “accommodated my schedule” or so they said. They never called, or showed I had to call them each time one never showed. I had an appointment today and the window installer was MIA and the scheduler/customer representative Christian never bothered to call me back nor keep me updated I was calling him. All in all they got their money for installing a cracked window and has been inconveniencing me ever since! I just want my window installed on the day that they say they’re actually coming but who knows if that’s even possible.

I started work there on January 24th 2022. The Hs told me that there was a sign on bonus which is displayed on the sign out front, showed up EVERYDAY like the lady told me and they refused to give me the rest of my bonus because I left early. Note I left early before and they gave me the first bonus. So because of that I put my two weeks notice in and the same day they "granted it" and let me go because I had an attitude about my money. Who would be upset if they lost money when you busted you behind laying anywhere from 650 to 760 windows daily?? I would NEVER recommend anyone to work there. They have too much going on with eachother to care about anything the workers are doing.. Had an issue with a few coworker and they laughed in my face about the situation and kept telling me they KNOW how the other person(s) are but never done anything about it. Supervisor there cry about not being able to leave early. It's part of the job I thought. Anywho enough about my experience there but I would NEVER recommend anyone to work or do business with them.

I have window warranty with this company through my builder and they have been contacted more than once to fix a small window. They eventually did come by and fixed it after the last attempt so my window is new again. I appreciate their willingness to fix it. Would do business again!

Very nice building that is very clean with very friendly employees. This seems like a great place to work. I just hope they offer me the driving job I applied for.

Completely refused to do any business with our local construction company. Absolutely no respect or help to our local businesses or community. Woman was very rude and couldn’t be bothered to even look in our direction while speaking.

Terrible Customers Service. They operate in small North Georgia Community and offer no help to local contractors or bussiness owners. The Complete lack of respect and act as if there a privileged, elite company is the problem with today’s current market.

We had a couple of Earthwise windows (really good quality) on a relatively new home that develpoed bulging internal seals. I contacted the nearest dealer, Lindsay Windows, explained the problem, provided pics and measurements, and they immediately got after it! They made two round-trips to Chattanooga of at least 6 hrs each, to replace these panes under the Earthwise lifetime warranty. Their techs and office staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I've encountered few companies as customer-oriented as Lindsay Windows, and I highly recommend them! Kudos!!
