This company was such a pleasure to work with! They got us in quick, sent someone to check all the measurements within a week. Then they came back a replaced the broken window a few days later. The service person was kind and thoughtful and he even made sure my animals would be safe while he was working in our home! Definitely calling Neighbors back again soon! Patsy Marston

The entire process was a pleasure, from estimates, to the install. The workers very considerate, clean, and just fun to have in my home. Highly recommend this company. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but you can bet I won't hesitate to call them if I do!!

Read Carefully. The Great: The install was awesome and done quickly and clean. The guy who did the measuring and came to check the failed window was polite and informative. Once I found out my windows were in they basically installed they next day. As far as the physical side of the business goes they are excellent. The Not Great: Communication from Neighbors was not good. You basically just sit around for several months wondering when your windows are going to come in after you order. I actually had to call and found out my windows were in. I get shipping sucks for material but communicate with your customers. We are spending thousands of dollars if not hundreds of thousands in some cases least you could do is call ever few months. Additionally I had a failed window being covered by warranty and supposedly they have a new one coming but I haven't heard anything for a few months. The Very Bad: They will tell you that you can get 0% financing on their website and commercials. That is NOT at all what it is. It's deferred interest financing which is different. When you get 0% at a dealership for a car or anything else the interest stays 0% even if you pay late or miss a payment throughout the loan. You just have to pay a late fee or processing fee. With deferred interest if you pay late or miss a payment you incur the full weight of the ridiculous high interest (usually 17% or higher) back dating to the start of the loan they have set up . That is with excellent credit. What is really bad/worse, the finance company they use (Service Financing) will send you your first statement and subsequent statements in the minimum amount owed so if you aren't paying attention and just pay that amount your "0%"/differed interest will be void right off the bat because you didn't pay the full amount for "0%". You have to do the math yourself to figure out what your "0%" payment is. It would seem to me they should send you the payment amount that you agreed to not the required minimum. The is as close to a bait and switch as you can get. Read closely. I only choose to do this because I have experience in financing.

I was very impressed with Neighbors Windows & Doors and would highly recommend them for window and door replacement. I had all of my upper level windows replaced by Neighbors Windows and Doors. Everything from start to finish was as promised, and on time from the initial estimate to the completed work. The installation went smoothly without delay and as promised. The crew kept everything tidy and the new windows are beautiful. The new windows also reduce outside noise. I have noticed quite a difference in how much quieter it is inside my house with the new windows. The new windows and the pretty trim around them give my home nice curb appeal. The experience with Neighbors Windows and Doors was so wonderful that I am having them back to replace all of the lower level windows of my home. My neighbors have commented positively about the nice look.

What a great group. Good communication, reasonable prices, and quality work. And did I mention reliable? We had a kitchen window cracked in the earthquake and needed it replaced. I used the online estimator app they have, and then followed up with questions after I got the first estimate. Chelsey is an excellent communicator - answered numerous questions I had, emailed me back promptly every time, set up the measuring appointments and the install appointments. The installer (so sorry we forgot his name) did an amazing job - and cleaned up after himself. It was spotless. There was a small wait for materials - like everywhere these days - but we did not mind because quality and reliability were our top priorities. We'll have them back to do some future work on windows we need replacing. Highly recommend.

They went beyond our expectations. The work was done with attention to every detail, impeccable results and they even helped us moving the curtain rod that no longer fitted in the new window frame. The place was clean afterwards and we no longer have foggy windows. I would work with them again and totally recommend them. Excellent workers!

Our master bathroom vanity double mirror failed after 20 years, resulting in a major mess. My problems resolved quickly and competently with Neighbors Windows and Doors with the help of Chelsey, Brandon, Johnathan, and Adam. The area was meticulously measured, the mirror cut using computer technology, and the replacement carefully installed with the appropriate adhesive. All at a modest price. My wife and I were both delighted with the service.

After remodeling a bathroom, I needed a new shower enclosure installed. This is the 2nd custom shower glass I've had Bruce install - he's the best in the business. The entire process from getting the quote, scheduling the measure and installing the glass was seemless. They communicated every step of the way and delivered on what they promised.
