Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

Dale Robinson in Kenai area did a fantastic job of showing the windows and doors of Renewal by Andersen. I love the high star energy ratings and he even shows you the science with a BTU reader which shows how hardly any heat escapes! I love how these windows detach and make for easy cleaning. There are even all sorts of shapes and sizes such as hexagon and triangular windows! Very energy efficient. Thankful to have a sales rep who was so thorough, knowledgeable and considerate!

Dale just came out and gave us an estimate for some windows in our home and he did such a great job! He was super knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He answered all of our questions and we were impressed with the quality of the product as well. Just wanted to shout him out!

Our meeting with Daniel was outstanding! This guy was so informative and knowledgeable about the product his company offers. He was very kind and respectful but most importantly, he continued to be extremely professional and understanding even after an agreement could not be reached. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend Anderson sends this guy to all their demos and sales opportunities.

We didn’t know what we were getting into, getting our house inspected for new windows! Thank goodness Daniel Schulmire was the design consultant that came over! He is knowledgeable about true product, not at all pushy and very patient….with a great sense of humor! The hours flew by as he assisted us in getting the best price and only redoing the necessary windows, for now. Not once did he act inpatient or annoyed at our many questions and tours over the house. We went over and over each window on the house and chose, as a team, which were the most important to change out. Our home was built in the 1950s, 9 years before Alaska became a state. We are restoring a precious piece of property and an iconic historic home. We highly recommend Daniel Schulmire and Renewal by Andersen as a company you can trust to provide quality windows and doors.

Nate Brown gave me an estimate for my large living room window today. Great experience. He was on time, organized and pleasant, knowledgeable about the product. It was an efficient use of my time. Not a high pressure situation at all. I’ll probably purchase their window, it looks like an amazing product.

Wife loves the new door and windows. The whole process was very easy. One simple meeting at the house to discuss which products we wanted, measure everything and get the door and windows ordered. Once they came in, Gabriel Franklin and Andrew Jones had the old ones out and the new ones back in two days. Very perfection installation and the products look great. Highly recommend to anyone that wants new windows or doors.

On the morning of install, Tony called upon his arrival. He was prepared, courteous, clean and conversational. He was quick to figure out the windows that needed replacement. Went beyond and showed me the problem windows. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The person we bought our house from had Andersen windows installed a few years prior to us moving in. Glad that money came out of her pocket and not mine. These are the worst windows I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve lived in a house that was built in 1905! Not only do we have insane frost build up but if there’s a breeze, you can feel it at every single seam around the window and trim! And some of the wood wasn’t sealed, which is great when I’m dusting and the wood rips my fabric to shreds. Don’t give them your money! The windows alone almost make me regret buying this house!
