the guys were fast and friendly, they did a good job and cleaned up after finishing, I was told it would take 2 days but they did it in one

I regret with making the decision to purchase from this franchise. First of all it was not disclosed to me, either in seeing the sample window or in any other discussions that there is a blue tint added to the windows ("Call your congressman"). I was also told that being energy effecient having them installed would lower my energy bills from 20-30% (obviously depending on weather). Well, I have had these window since November. I am still struggling the the blue mirror like quality at night. In addition, my energy costs have risen 3.8% since they were installed. Lastly, I was extremely disappointed with my contact with the the owner of the franchise. But, as he said quite frankly, "You are out of luck." Try someplace else.

After hearing about Window World from neighbors we hired them to out fit our home with new windows. The entire experience has been excellent from the sales person to the installation crew to the Office personel. Our home feels like a new one with these beautiful easy to clean windows. It is a good investment into the home value. And we should save on heat.

From start to finish everything went well. Def recommend. Chris and Kenny did my installation on my 7 window house and touched up, painted and made sure they were right. They look awesome and I really appreciate the effort to be on time and be pros. Shout to Ashley for being responsive and helpful too.

I recently replaced my old aluminum "school bus" windows with new windows from Window World. The experience from start to finish was a breeze. The sales rep (super friendly and professional) came to my house to provide a free quote. One thing I will recommend - walk both in the inside and outside of the house. I am a first time window purchaser, but it will save you time and money if you think of both the view from the inside and the outside, especially if you are mixing and matching different window types. The windows arrived earlier than I expected, and install day was just that- one day. In a single day, the crew replaced all ten of my windows (many large ones). They were efficient, tidy, and professional. I love my new windows and the view they provide. They open and close so much easier than my old ones. I highly recommend Window World for their wonderful product and people!

Amazing customer service, from start to finish. The windows look great and work great the install process was painless and fast. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful price is also very good.

After 37 years, it was time for new windows. Mark came out and discussed options/pricing and measured the 15 windows. We placed the order the following week and the windows came in earlier than I expected. Fortunate for us, they had a last-,minute cancellation for the next day, so we were able to get them installed the next day! Juan and his crew arrived around 9:45am and were finished by 5pm. He and his crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and they did a great job. We love the new windows. Thanks for a great experience!
