We had a bad experience with one of their independent contractors. Whereas the contractor breached contract. EcoView took no responsibility at all and provided no support. I found this to be unacceptable.

Carlos, Mindy in the office, and the window installers were polite, on time and provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the job until after installation. Ecoview windows does not honor their warranty nor make the needed repairs to the poor workmanship they provided on a project that is still not complete. They have continually lied to me when I call their corporate office. These people are not truthful nor honorable. I do not recommend them for anything.

My husband and I were looking to get the windows replaced in our home, so I did my diligence and got lots of quotes and met with many companies to research their products. Not only was Joe DiNicola from EcoView Windows the most knowledgeable he also made us feel the most comfortable and gave us the best price! Not to mention that the installation was done quickly and efficiently! Everything was cleaned up after with no mess left behind. The windows are beautiful, and the A/C bill has gone down as well! EcoView was so easy to work with and we love our windows! The whole experience from beginning to end was easy. The sales rep came to our home, gave us a demo of how energy efficient and easy opening the windows are, sold us on a deal and set us up with 0% financing for a year. About a month later the installers came, they were nice and easy to work with and I felt comfortable leaving them to the job. By the time I came home we had beautiful new windows! We noticed the difference in temperature in our house right away, the ac is not running as much and we don’t keep it as low as we had been prior to the windows being installed. Can’t wait to see how much less the power bill will be!
